So I went into Starbucks (because I love frozen coffee & ice coffee) I buy the Starbucks lil bottles frequently. So of course being those lil bottles are so wonderful I’d expect that is what I’d get going into an actual Starbucks but it was not at all. I paid $25.94 for the absolute worst coffee I’d ever had., that way to expensive coffee was poured out & it was a complete waist of my money. I told the lady that made my coffee I didn’t like it & she said she could add creamer but that’s all. So even after that was added the coffee still tasted like I was drinking rust. As that was my 1st time finally getting to try Starbucks it was also my last. I drove an hour just to go there for that. It was not just a complete waist of $20 in fuel, 2 hrs of my time away from my job, plus a complete waist of $26 for rusty tasting coffee that the ground received, The way the service was- was uncalled for. I had initially ordered a frozen coffee but was told the blender quit, so they suggested an ice coffee (it literally was some liquid vanilla, some liquid caramel, some very strong old tasting black coffee & some ice & that’s it until I tasted it & she added a lil cream. Not at all what you’d expect after having those delicious lil bottles of StarBucks coffee for years. Apparently 1st time customers aren’t valued by the employees at Searcy Ar Starbucks. Overall my experience was degrading & hurtful… thanks Searcy Starbucks you have lost what could had been a...

Update: I had a chance to return, get work done, spend time inside and chat with friendly baristas.
All the while, sipping on my For-Here Mug, Hot Tea, and enjoying delicious, “Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough.” - It offers good garlic flavor with melted cheese texture.
The sandwich was my first time at Starbucks. Overall, it was surprisingly delicious. Partially because it was prepared with love by these baristas. I would like to see little more cheese added to the sandwich for thickness and volume.
Staff is so helpful here. The place looks and feels clean. They offer nine tables with roughly twenty chairs.
It’s a large space for this location. Only thing I think they need is more seating options to fill in the voided spaces. Otherwise, definitely recommend for you to stop by and enjoy your stay.
Previous Review: I normally like to sit and enjoy my stay. I couldn’t this time.
I was passing through here for a business trip. I just had enough time to stop in, order some drinks for the meeting and that’s it. Staff were great too. They prepared my drinks properly and efficiently.
The place looked clean, modern with good amount of seating. Good size outdoor patio too. Exterior reminded me of a similar design, located in Springdale, AR.
I’m looking forward to returning and enjoying my...
Read morePeople don't realize that this Starbucks being out of certain things is not their fault. There's a nationwide shortage and it's affecting every Starbucks. Just because they're out of something, doesn't mean you should give them a bad review. That makes zero sense to me. This Starbucks is in the process of hiring a lot of new people since a lot of people have quit/transferred. Of course they're going to be understaffed and slower than normal; they can't really help it. People complain about literally everything on here. Another reason why they may be slower than usual is because there are a lot of new people still getting used to making drinks. They're not going to be fast like the other people who have worked there for many years right off the bat. People, have patience. If you're in a rush, do a mobile order 10-15 minutes before you arrive--it's that simple. People assume that they're slow because they want to be, or they're out of things because they want to be. It's so sad to me. Everyone there works really hard to make sure we're happy. Remember that not everyone is perfect. No Starbucks is perfect. Please be more considerate before writing a...
