I'm not one to complain, so I'll make requests in the spirit that Baldemiro's management will take to heart and implement quickly.

I request you streamline your cooking process without compromising quality of food. 20-25 minute wait time is unacceptable for what amounts to average tasting food.

I request you verify the order by reading back the order, to be sure the order is what the customer wants. No beans was requested in the burrito and was overlooked by someone in the process.

I request you get a PA system so that your customers can enjoy their own company without having to get up and check every five minutes.

I request you figure out a way to make chips and salsa complimentary.

I request you stop using plastic to-go containers for the dine in experience.

There are a lot of redeeming qualities: the location is convenient and during a warm, clear day, the scene is very pleasant; also the counter reception was very friendly and welcoming; also very quick to add tables/chairs to the patio for growing...

Just bought a carnitas “Super” Burrito for $12 and it weighed a mere 628 grams, so about 2/3 the food you get at Chipotle for $11.

The meat tastes good and well-grilled. The guac is nice, but that’s about all you can say about the very basic and small burrito.

Also ordered the Super Nachos before, which was ~25% smaller by weight than Super Nachos in any nearby store, for the same cost.

Delicious!! Yummy, although there was a wait. It was well worth it. I cannot wait to go back to try the menudo. Now I understand the line & why people were willing to wait. This is a dine in or take out establishment. It is small but they have 3 or 4 tables inside where you can enjoy your meal, as well as, a few tables outside. I went on a Saturday early afternoon. It was very busy but that just told me the food must be good because people were willing to wait. I was also pleased because the restroom was available not closed to the customers.
