Genuinely some of the most thoughtful people in the entire world. I bought surf wax for my upcoming surf comp and they didn’t have one of the waxes I had bought in stock so the shipment was going to be coming in late. They refunded my entire order which was about 25 dollars after I insisted they didn’t. My shipment just arrived today and they threw in a bunch of super cool stickers and a super thoughtful note from the owner Dennis. It is so cool to see small businesses care about their customers. Another thing is their prices are exceptional and they aren’t just trying to make a buck off of someone. I understand small businesses need to make money, but you can tell they aren’t doing it for the money they are doing it for the love of their customers and the joy they get from just running a business. It is just so amazing to see people enjoying what they do because they could’ve easily just said “to bad it’ll get there when it gets there” but no they reached out to me and apologized like 7 different times. This is definitely a place to do all of your business if you're looking for anything in nature of skateboarding, scooter or surfing. I called and spoke with a gentleman about purchasing a helmet for my son and asked about the size I would need to buy. I told him the measurements and he looked up the size I would need for my son and said if it didn’t fit just to call and I would be given a return label to ship it back since I’m out of state. I placed the order online after getting off the phone and thought I had ordered the correct size but somehow didn’t and ordered the wrong size but the gentleman saw my mistake and fixed it. Outstanding job on his part for seeing that I had ordered the wrong size and knew the correct size I needed for my son. Awesome customer service! My family and I were vacationing recently for the 4th of July. We realized very quickly that the water was a bit colder than California and needed wet suits so the kids didn't freeze in the water. Dennis was great at getting us set up with rentals for the kids for the next few days. When I returned to rent for the rest of our stay, the next clerk (sorry didn't catch his name but was wearing a wrist splint at the time) did an amazing job hooking us up. Instead of letting me spend basically as much money renting for the next several days, I ended up purchasing 3 wet suits (one for me:), booties, and 2 new boards. I applaud this shop for looking past the easy rental money and working with me to buy our own stuff for as much or actually less money!
