Chicken Enchiladas!! Boy Howdy! Talk about a MEAL! So backstory...We're here in Seaside celebrating my Dad who has been DX'd with Cancer (he's still with us, BTW). I gathered his siblings and their families and we spent a week on the Beach! To make things easier, I ran out and brought food back to the AirBnB. I called The Stand...Can you do this huge meal thing, I ask...The guy on the phone was great! We show up and he had discussed it w the cooks, and they came up with a beautiful family style tray of enchiladas, rice and beans. So freakin' GOOD!! The chicken was lean and fresh and flavorful! The tortillas were absolutely filled the brim with it!! Slathered with sauce and cheese, with more sauce and salsa and pico to go!! (We ate on it for 2 days, and it only got better!!) The Guys were great! The food was Amazing!! And my Family was so impressed and happy! There's a reason these Guys are so highly rated and reviewed...Thank you to all the staff at The Stand! We're still talking...

Now it is only open four days a week. With being open fewer days, it does make scheduling our trips to the coast to get our very favorite Me I an food a bit more difficult. However, when our schedule coincides with their days/hours of operation, you will find us there enjoying...
