It was ok. First, the person working didn’t seem very interested in being there. The place is split between a poke bar and boba so maybe we’d just missed some crazy lunch rush that influenced the worker’s indifference. Second, I recently had a coffee milk tea at a different establishment in Capitol Hill and it was much tastier and could be made with almond milk - here the coffee flavor could only be made with non-dairy creamer, which I don’t particularly enjoy the taste of but that’s a personal preference. The boba was good and chewy but the drink overall tasted watered down - I think because the boba may have been warm and melted the ice too fast? I’m not sure. I appreciated that there were milk tea flavors you could get with almond or oat milk (I’m vegan) so it may have been my own choice to stick with the coffee flavor that HAD to use the non-dairy creamer that tainted my experience. Overall though there wasn’t anything remarkable about the place or product and the indifferent nature of the person working make it so that I don’t feel the need to return. BUT, to be fair, the people I was with enjoyed their drinks much more so it could be worth still giving this place a try and forming ur own opinion (one of them got the Cupid, I don’t recall what...

I'm very selective when it comes to boba spots so, I would say im critical in how I rate places. Speaking strictly about their drinks. I would say if I was craving a boba and I was in the area. I would come here for a boba. While the texture of my boba wasn't as QQ as i'd like. the overall flavors of the drinks were good.

I got the sea salt Ube milk tea and my partner got the mango sago smoothie. These two drinks were solid. What I enjoyed about the sea salt Ube is that it comes layered so you can either enjoy it either mixed or separated.the Ube flavor really came through with that slight earthy but sweet taste. Lots of places don't do Ube justice, but I would say this place does in accordance to the drink. I got more money with 75% sweetness and light ice. It was just the right amount of sweetness for me.

The mango sago smoothie is exactly what I expected with the right textures. Definitely would recommend on a nice warm day. It's refreshing and not heavy.

Shout out to the staff for just being awesome, welcoming, and great facilitators. They provided helpful insight in helping us come to a decision without rushing us as a line slowly began to form. Shout out to the guests behind us for being...

Tl;dr: good drinks, often out of ingredients, cold staff

Good tea when you get the right order and they aren't out! I like using the mobile order functionality, but this cafe could do a better job indicating when ingredients/certain drinks aren't available since they depend on their online interface for everything. I'd say 3/10 times I order ahead, they're either out of boba, hot drinks, or brown sugar and I don't know it until I get there to pick it up.

When you go in person, nobody greets you and you have to order via a tablet--it's rare an employee will say a single thing to you at all. There's even a robot that calls you when your order is ready. If you're extremely antisocial, this is the place to go, haha, but I'm used to staff being friendlier. My mom was super put off as she didn't like using a tablet and didn't understand why the staff wouldn't just place her...

The tea was good, the environment was aesthetic, and the service was friendly, but unfortunately this boba shop didn’t have working wifi when we went. The cups have two holes. If you poke your straw into one hole, the plastic will shatter and fall into your drink. If you poke the other hole, your straw will go through properly. Unfortunately, I don’t remember which hole you’re supposed to stab. So just poke cautiously and make sure you poke the right one.

I’m really upset and disappointed. I got a Thai tea and a mango matcha milk tea and they both were not good. The Thai tea had a texture to it and was thick and as for the mango matcha milk tea it was chunky and I would be drinking up some bits of powder? I wish I could get a refund for my money...:/ the workers were kind... and the place was nice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone sorry..
