As someone who truly enjoys their treats here, I have to warn people about ordering Brownies and Bites through Uber Eats. After an order was placed, I realized that we were missing a few more things to order so I thought that I could cancel immediately and re-place an order to add on what I initially missed, cancelling the order within 1 minute of placing the order. To my shock, Uber Eats charged me for the cancellation ($19.82 out of $33) saying the merchant accepted the order so I no longer qualified for a full refund. Immediately calling Uber Eats support, they told me that in order to qualify for a refund they would need a verbal confirmation from Brownies and Bites to provide the refund, so they reached out immediately to remedy the issue. 3 separate customer service calls with 20+ call attempts later spanning 3 days, Brownies and Bites still has not answered or is ignoring Uber Eats support so in this case, without a verbal confirmation from them. I am now punished for making the mistake of preemptively cancelling an order because Brownies and Bites decides to avoid Uber Eats support calls. The worst part is, they were clearly open enough to accept an order but not open enough to pick up the phone when I needed help. So even though the treats are good here, I have the feeling that they are ok with leaving this as is so I'm not sure if I can support a company that treats their customers this way. Guess it's brownies and blondies from somewhere else...

I had a late-night sweet tooth after a show in Seattle and had a massive craving for sweets, and they were one of the few dessert spots still open. I ordered a variety pack of four brownies + a pint of ice cream. I chose the Tiramisu Brownie & White-Chocolate Raspberry Blondie, & my partner chose the Celebration Blondie & Troll Brownie, & we chose the Melted Chocolate Ice cream. The ice cream was delicious, but.. These were hands-down the BEST brownies I’ve ever had. They somehow managed to make them sweet & decadent without being TOO rich. Something about the texture of the brownie paired with their light & fluffy icing made for a truly outstanding dessert. The white chocolate raspberry was the perfect mix of sweet with just a hint of tartness from the fresh raspberry, still maintaining the light and airy texture. If I had pictures to post, I would- but these were gone before I even thought to take pictures. Their packaging is great, sturdy and cute, would make for a great gift. I was sad when I woke up in the morning and saw they wouldn’t be open until after we left the city-i wanted to bring some to a friends-giving I had planned for this evening so I could share these treasures with my friends. I’ve been raving about them all evening!
