This location has been a lifesaver for me. I was diagnosed with Leukemia last year and when I was in the hospital, having a pizza place that had vegan options was amazing, and I often got the vegan pepperoni; It was one of the few things I could eat.
Then I discovered they had vegan wings. I had known they had them prior but completely forgot. More often than not, they're unfortunately out of the wings throughout the week and they're only available on the weekends really. So when I feel like I can only eat this and they don't have it it sucks. But with my vomiting and nausea, the wings are something I not only feel a hunger for, which is rare, but something I can keep down and has helped me gain weight.
I am so appreciate of the workers here and they're so kind. They've made me smile and laugh in moments after chemo where I feel like crying. It's less than a minute of interaction but can change my entire mood for the day in a positive way. I basically beg my mom to drive me down to Cap Hill from Everett purely for the wings. Hell, I'd even go on public transit for them (Can't really do that yet but slowly but surely).
Please never ever remove the wings from your menu. I wish I knew where y'all source them from so I can make them at home sometimes. But it's worth the travel. To anyone who read this far along... Try the vegan wings. They're amazing. They have regular wings too but even my family says they're better than the...
Read moreI was insulted at the store this evening because I ordered pizza from a Too-good-to-go app. The store personnel literally told me that as I ordered via Too-good-to-go at cheap price ($6/4 slices) while other customers paid $6/slice there; even when I asked him it was ok for me to take back the cold pizza (no need the pizza to be heated) and even when I’d waited for 20 minutes from the time I showed him the order, under 44F and seen him served other customers who came in after me. I used Too-good-to-go app with the hope to avoid food waste (of course save money is a good thing too). I’d never imagined I would be insulted like that when buy food at cheaper price. And if Ian’s Pizza chose to join Too-good-to-go program, you shouldn’t treat customers differently, poorly and in an insulting way like that. I bought your food at the price that you quoted and I should be treated equally. I can’t imagine if other customers using other apps buying your food at a cheaper price would have this awful...
Read moreBeen going to Ian’s for years and always singing its praises. A couple of days ago some little dude with lots of piercings maybe ruined Ian’s forever. Ordered my slices, and patiently waited. He came over to me minutes later and asked what I had ordered. I kindly told him again. Sat there 10 minutes, got up and again kindly engaged him and asked how my slices were coming (been 15 mins at this point). He asked again what I had ordered and I told him. So I again patiently waited. He came over to me again 5 mins later and asked what I had ordered. Ok…..told him again. Another roughly 5 mins and he (now 5th interaction) asked me not again what I had ordered……but “what my issue was?” as I was just chilling there. SERIOUSLY!!! Had been so nice patiently waiting for now 20 minutes for just two slices and your response is what’s my issue? Got a refund and left. Apparently at Ian’s when you give terrible service, being hostile to the customer is the answer. Dude...
