Checked out the opening day today of International Lobster Rolls. Went inside a spacious, clean, creative dining area with tables for 2 mostly for 4 people. Wall decorations are cute and you should check it out to get a closer look. Receptionist/Cashier and server are very friendly and helpful. Food comes out fast and food will be served to you. Keep your receipts because your the server will call the number on your receipt to serve your food. There are different flavors of lobster rolls in their menu. Some of them looks and sounds interestingly delicious like honey walnut, tamarind, cajun mango, gochujang. They also have appetizers, soups and salads. You can buy chips as a side to your order and they have drinks like bottled soda, jarritos, coconut water and bottled water that you select and get it yourself inside the refrigerator when ordering. They also have a water dispenser in the back area if you prefer to just have free water. I ordered the classic lobster roll which is the Maine to try the basic, popular one. It will help me recognize how good the other flavors are next time I come back. I also ordered the lobster bisque and it came along with oyster crackers. This soup was really good, creamy and full of lobster flavor. It was perfect for the cold Seattle weather. Since it was opening day, the cashier told me I can have a small bag of free chips and she gave me this cute red lobster key chain. After emptying my cup of soup, I ate my lobster roll which was full of tender, sweet lobster meat, topped with minced lobster meat with mayonnaise, celery and chives that is generously filled into a soft, buttered, and lightly toasted bun. It surely hit the spot for my craving for seafood mainly lobster. Prices are reasonable and cheaper than the other places near Pike Place Market. After eating, you just have to buss your own food trays, cups and trash at the recycling or disposal area located at the left side of the entrance. Support the new businesses in Chinatown and make this place a go to area for good food dining.

Walked by here when one day and saw a new lobster roll place was opening soon. I was curious what the “international” meant as most lobster rolls I’ve tried around Seattle were the basic traditional rolls that left a lot to be desired. I was looking forward to this place opening and it did not disappoint when I tried it out the first time. I love the variety of flavors. The lobster is moist and tastes like real fresh lobster. The bun holds everything well and does not fall apart with a perfect warm toast to it. I’ve been back 3 times already cause I’m so curious about all the other lobster roll flavors. Every time it has not disappoint. Make sure you order the crab garlic fries or lobster bisque to go with your unique lobster roll. I could just come back again and order the crab garlic fries. It’s that good!!! This place will definitely be a staple of my places to eat out. It’s affordable compared to the other lobster roll places, and you definitely get more for what you pay here in serving size and tastiness. Appreciate that it’s in the CID to offer something unique besides the usual Chinese food fare.

Delicious food and excellent and quick service! My friends and I enjoyed a few of the lobster rolls (I had and loved the wasabi lobster roll), a salad, sweet potato fries, and some crab fries, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The owner was working and recommended a few different dipping sauces, and he shared that the crab for the crab fries (they were so good!) was actually blue crab from the east coast. Those crab fries may have been the best I’ve ever had! The owner also shared that he radios the orders to the kitchen, which is likely how they’re so efficient and fast with their service. Everything was super fresh and flavorful (the wasabi ponzu was bright and had the perfect amount of heat), and they had plenty of beverage options. We’ll definitely be back! Pro tip: you have to go “behind the bushes” for the restroom, which was so nice (clean, pleasant, tastefully laid out) that it reminded me of a spa bathroom!
