Honestly I don’t get why it still has a 4.5 star ratings. As a sichuan origin person, I can say it has nothing to do with sichuan cuisine at all! I understand you cannot be 100% percent authentic but with all the ingredients I can get in Seattle me myself I can reproduce 95% authentic sichuan cuisine. It’s really a shame to call themself sichuan ! And the staff don’t even speak mandarin, Cantonese I guess. As for the service there is basically nothing but bring the bowl to your table. Wait 20 minutes to order while there was only us. Also call them 5 times to check out! To pay the bill they insist cash and give no receipt but a hand write paper?! At any other restaurant, I would be able to eat the whole bowl, but these noodles are so dense that I can usually only make it halfway before I need to throw in the towel.
