Was a little disappointed with the pastries and drinks here, esp with all the reviews. The drinks reminded me of like mall boba (tho debatable some mall boba would be better). I got the mango pomelo sago and that was okay but the sagos had no taste. My partner got the lychee smoothie which wasn't a smoothie and tasted like flavored water. Being a bakery though we thought the pastries would be better but nope. Got the lychee roll which had 2 pieces of flavorless lychee (just tasted like bread and sweet cream) and the Hokkaido lava cake - tho the cream in this was good not really any distinct flavor. I did get a loaf of the coconut bread and haven't tried yet but smells great. So would say the loaves are the only thing...

This is not your typical Chinese bakery, where there are rows and rows of baked sweet and savory pastries. Instead, there is one large refrigerated display case of impeccably crafted cakes and desserts and one rack of Asian bread loaves. I’ll admit I was initially disappointed because of the limited options. But I quickly learned, this bakery is about quality over quantity. Y’all let me tell you…. I have been savoring their coconut bread loaf all week! Pro tip, slice it up 1” thick, toast it or air fry it, and top with butter. It is amazing! I love this new hidden spot in udistrict! Cakes are so moist, airy, and fluffy—without being so sweet. Their flavors don’t feel artificial. Their cheesecake is also really soft, rich yet light. I also love their toasts—and I think the toasts may be worth the most here! So fluffy!! I would not recommend their drinks here though. Come here for the baked goods if you want a sweet treat—it’ll definitely hit the spot and leave you satisfied.

I’d personally split cakes with friends to share since they’re quite expensive though (~$7-10 per slice). But the craft and flavor of the cakes do make it worth it!
