Living in the HUB u district has by far been an amazing experience. From the quality and space of my studio of my apartment to the amazing staff. I currently live in a studio and people are always shocked by the size of it and better yet, my closet. The best part of the HUB, however, is the staff. All of them are very outgoing, making you feel safe and enjoy the atmosphere. There’s also constantly monthly events hosted by the staff in which you get free items, free food or an activity! Leasing is really easy to connect with and have a fun conversation with! I always have the best conversations with Joseph and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is okay! Eddie also one time dumpster dived in the recycling at 11pm to get my phone after it accidentally fell out of my hands and into the trash shoot. Ishawn, who does maintenance, is amazing as well! If you make the request within a business hours, he’ll almost always be there, or at the very least first thing the next day! His work is amazing and he fixes an issues super fast! I also really appreciate how he makes sure that there is no issue afterwards when he sees you again! Overall, staff here will go above and beyond which is so important when choosing an apartment as well as the interior! Also all the amenities, Such as free Wi-Fi, Free printing, a free 24 hour gym, and a hot tub are an amazing bonus! I was really worried about the Wi-Fi crashing constantly when I first came here, but I have yet to have...
Read moreI wish I could give less than 1 star. The facilities are fine the price is all fine the living space is fine, its the management that is truly horrible. I had stuff stolen either by roommates or the cleaning staff and the HUB did absolutely nothing. When I tried to complain I was yelled at by the lobby staff and told to give up and get over it. One of my roommates was using my room without my consent while I was still paying rent when I was on vacation and again the HUB did nothing to take care of it when I complained. I tried to bring my service dog to my apartment. Apartment places cannot legally turn down a service dog but because 1 roommate said she didn't like it I was told if I brought in my service dog I would have to pay lease violation fees, again which is illegal. I ended up moving out and having to pay rent there for months until they found someone to sublet because they wouldn't let me get out of my lease for denying me my legally authorized service dog. They don't care about the members who live there they just care that they get your money. They can't say they wished there was something to do to help because I tried several times to reason and just talk to them. Please take your money somewhere that...
Read moreThe cost of parking here is $200 a month. They have no way of saving your spot for you, you’re assigned a spot but if another car decides to park there, there’s nothing you can do from the hours of 5pm-9am and that’s only Monday-Friday, their after hours number never picks up and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. There’s tow truck signs on the wall but they can’t actually come tow cars unless you’re on a list so “towed at the owners expense” is a lie. Theirs is nothing you can do. All the business has done is put a warning on the car. I am out of town for Memorial Day and they can’t even tell me if they’re still parked in my spot or not because they don’t feel like looking.
After they called me back they informed me that they can’t check to see if the spot it empty and assured me this time someone would be able to contact me if I get there after 5 and there’s a car parked in my spot. Basically they’re useless and not willing to do anything to help solve the problem. Like I said last time I called after office hours and nothing. This is also the emergency number incase anything goes wrong like getting locked out of your room so honestly I would give them 0 stars if I was able for their...
