Never again will I set foot on this establishment with these wretched people. After being discharged from the hospital and getting lost, I tried to ask for directions to Broadway St. at this store. Despite being completely empty, my request for directions was denied. When I asked again to please just tell me where Broadway was, the cashier once again shook her head, and scoffed.

I was out of the hospital after being put on opiates for pain. I could barely tell up from down. I went into this place asking for just a simple direction so I could get home and rest. Their response was to treat me like some common criminal who was trying to get a freebee - despite my only request being hoento get to Broadway.

There is seriously something wrong with these people. To deny someone something as simple as directions when they've just come out of the hospital is inhuman. Simple directions. I will never step foot into this place again, either this location, or any other. May this business go under just as it deserves for failing to remember their humanity. All I needed was directions, and if they had given them, I would have bought some food. Maybe what some of these businesses need to remember that EVERYONE is a potential customer st all times, and when you fail to treat people as such, you lose business.

I'll never...

I had just had my baby at Swedish and they wouldn't let me out of the building to get food (because someone would have to watch the baby). Anyways, it was right before they were closing and they brought the food to me. We had trouble meeting at an entrance since there are so many, but eventually after 15min of trying to find each other, we were able to connect.

It was well past closing time and yet the staff was still very kind and patient with me. The pizza was delicious and salad great too!!

I then came back to buy a 2nd pizza to take home when I left the hospital. I ended up sharing with my landlord and neighbors. They all texted me or through passing by asked me where the pizza was from. BECAUSE IT WAS SOOO GOOD!!! Made me happy to tell them. Now they both go to Mad Pizza when they're in Seattle area.

That alone should speak high volumes about this restaurant.

All around its a great pizza joint. Great staff and great pizza 🍕

Thank you to the owner and delivery guy for being so good to me the night I gave birth. I was absolutely starving and they made it happen for me. Thank...

Super yummy pizza here!! The classic pepperoni was very generously layered, and had perfectly crispy edges 😋 The house made tomato sauce was really nice too! We also enjoyed the Mad Scientist! The pesto sauce was delish, and it had a great cheese to topping ratio 👌

The only thing that wasn’t perfect was really the fault of DoorDash / Caviar I think! We ordered a Madaccini pasta assuming it was a fettuccini with white sauce, but actually got penne with tomato sauce. I saw on the actual Mad Pizza website that there is a choice for sauce available, but DoorDash doesn’t show any options! So if the owner reads this, it would be great if you could check on that, since it was a disappointing to get a different pasta than we expected, but understandable when working with third party apps :)

Overall it the food was great and we will definitely be...

When I entered, the gentleman making pizza didn't seem to notice. That's fine, he was busy and I didn't want to distract him. But then I walked over to the order counter and no one else was in the place. He never turned around to ask if I was ready. Finally had to walk back over and get his attention. Ordered a 17" Prozac Pie. It was ready fast! He charged me $32 even though the menu says $29. (The web site does show $32). The pie was a weird shape. The crust was crispy (we like that) and held up well. There was plenty of cheese and other ingredients, except the sauce was spare and poorly spread. Some slices had no sauce. Overall it tasted good, but was not a good experience. It's close to where we live so we'll probably be back, maybe they were having a bad day.

The first time I came the cook saw me and when I said hello, he looked at me then turn his back to me, so I walked out. That was a few weeks ago and I figured I should give the place a second chance. I ordered online and went in to pick up my order and waited while it was finishing. As I was looking around I heard him sneeze which happened while he was packing up wings. He also kept wiping his hands on his pant then touch someone pizza. As for my order. I ordered wings, which were flavorless and undercooked and a Detroit style pizza which was just round pizzas folded up. It was also undercooked.
