EDIT: Visit tonight left me quite irate! So apparently the regular covid/distanced pick up window had closed. Upon going to the drive thru order window, the employee refused to take my order. Not just every other McDonald's location, but all fast food places that I've been to while the front counter is closed and only the drive thru open, it's been perfectly acceptable for pedestrians to walk through the drive thru windows. Either this location has different guidelines from every other franchise or the employee was wrong regarding policy. Either way, bc of the limited bus availability at the time I had a 20 minute walk one way from downtown, and then return empty handed and my other late night food options were no longer possible. Had I chosen to eat better food, I wouldn't be going to bed with an empty stomach. Thanks alot McDonald's, this is the (lack of) customer service that your business has long been associated with. You have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will certainly be going to the other locations if I'm craving junk food if I return to a McDonald's after such a rude refusal of my business. Also it would likely be wise to forward a note to this location's management that the guy working the first drive thru window @11:20p needs to keep his mask on at all times; when I initially walked up, he had to put it back on. Not what I want to see from the employees responsible for the food I had planned on eating, let alone if he was infected, contagious, and still asymptomatic, the entire cubby he was working in would be flooded with the virus and covering everything, including his hands he uses to take payments and return card or change. Be thankful I wasn't an inspector as that employee would be responsible for the location receiving a hefty fine.
Incredibly disappointed.

Read morePLEASE READPLEASE READ** Very racist and discriminant restaurant. Worked here for over 18 months. I helped trained managers and even supervised night shifts before and when it came time for a promotion I was told that I wasn't ready? Several times they purposeless gave promotion opportunities to Hispanic employees who were way less qualified than I was. This is a McDonald that is owned by Mexicans and takes great pride in discriminating against African american males looking to advance in life. The amount of disrespect that I received here was Un-Real. Working overnights for 6 months I was constantly disrespected by a Hispanic manager who always came to work 2-3 hours late. When ever I would complain about the amount of disrespect I received from this manager I was always blown off by the store owner who is also half Hispanic. On several occasion Hispanic employees made racist comments in Spanish behind my back thinking that I didn't know what they were saying. However I studied Spanish in college for a year as part of my required electives. Again, when I brought this issue of racial discrimination to the attention of the store owner I was again rushed off told that I was over exaggerating. My grandparents own a church in Seattle where they devote countless hours to rebuilding the communities and connecting families. I myself served in the Washington state National Guard and fought in operation Iraqi Freedom. Its such a terrible thing a man who's family along with his self has given so much back to the community , could be racially discriminated against and later fired as a mean of cover up the racist scandal that goes on at...
Read moreVery poor experience at this McDonald’s. We had been for a few drinks the previous evening. A few drinks turned into many drinks and karaoke, so the following morning we were looking for some sustenance to help us recover from the beers and the gins.
We pulled up to the drive through looking for some McDonald’s goodness to be told breakfast was no longer being served. Okay, fair enough.
It all went downhill from there. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal, a fillet o fish, large fries and three iced coffees.
We were spoken to rudely and rushed through despite nobody being in the line behind us.
We then got our order and looked inside to see no large fries, we questioned this and were told we hadn’t ordered any (we had, we know we had!) so we said, ‘hey please can we get some large fries?’.
The staff looked at us confused… fries? Fries from McDonald’s?
‘Please can we get some large fries, we will pay here? It seems they didn’t get put through so we will just order them here??’
More confusion at the idea of fries…
Then the lady at the window went and got her manager and the manager came over and we said you forgot our large fries please can we order some. She just stared at us and held out her hand. I asked what she wanted and she said “uhh okay that will be three or four dollars or something”. How could she not know how much the fries would cost??! Why would she not tell us in the first place?
Decided against buying the fries for an indeterminate amount of money. Drove away and ate a very dry chicken sandwich. The coffee tasted like it was at least 50% hazelnut syrup. The filet o fish was fine. Would...
