Plantiful Capitol Hill — Restaurant in Seattle

Food is mediocre- but not bad. It kind of felt like I ordered a 20$ air fried burger and fries, not necessarily bad, but I could have bought enough ingredients to make four, and made it at home (I’m not sure why I assumed they might grill their vegan burgers).

Smoothing are delicious! I will always go back for the smoothies- if just isn’t my lunch spot I suppose !

Staff is friendly- and efficient/ attentive to detail.

My favorite smoothie is the green machine I think it’s called, spinach and pineapple.

The only thing I dislike genuinely about this location is I wish there wasn’t a pool table in the middle of the dining area. It’s a cute/ fun idea but my partner and I got jabbed three times by someone who was trying to play pool and talk on the phone at the same time. Though the customers inattentiveness is certainly not the business or employees fault/ I think maybe not having a full sized pool table within a two foot range of 65% of the businesses seating might be better (though who...

I had the Bahn Mi burger with air fried tots… I’m told it’s the most popular. The guts were fresh and tasty and the bun was perfect. I’d have liked it with more vegan mayo (I’m not 100% sure what was spread on the bun, but I presume that), but I’m sure they would oblige if I asked. The tots were excellent. I’d love if they ever sell a more traditional Bahn Mi. Prices were about as expected for similar food… although a commitment to quality ingredients is probably higher here than most places. The staff were very friendly and attentive… clearly concerned with having satisfied customers.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been coming here around once every 2 weeks and every single time I have come I have been greeted with amazing service, delicious vegan food, and an amazing atmosphere with great music that matches the vibe in the place. I love how the food can taste amazing, and the burgers taste like I'm eating a real burger while being fully vegan.
