I traveled to Seattle from New York City to celebrate a milestone birthday and ordered a cake from this bakery primarily due to the great reviews. I was super disappointed in this "red velvet" cake. I usually try a red velvet cake in whatever city I visit for my birthday and recognize that finding a good red velvet is not easy. This cake did not look or taste like any red velvet cake I have ever had. It was dry and flavorless. I cut a few slices but then stopped as no one wanted more than a bite or two from their slice so the portion of uncut cake you see was left in my hotel room instead of coming back to NYC. Unfortunately I am unable to give this bakery a chance to change my mind so my one experience is all I have to offer. *ADDENDUM: Thank you for your prompt and appropriate response. If I ever return to Seattle I look forward to visiting...

I picked up a cheesecake and pop-tarts to share with friends over dinner and everything was delicious. I placed an order online, and the owner called me very quickly after ordering to let me know that the items I'd ordered online weren't in stock. The owner suggested some alternate flavors. The pastry is well crafted and there is great attention to detail. The classic vanilla cheesecake is beautifully flavored, especially in a classic dish with many comparisons. Honestly, these pop-tarts are so reminiscent of childhood, so full of some perfectly gooey jam, and a great balance of well done pastry, tasty filling, and a beautiful frosting to make me feel like a kid again. I'll definitely be...

Well, I've been eating less carbs in general but this is one place that I'm happy to leave that behind for a minute.

I had a Carmel Mocha with a shot of Strawberry. Delicious!

I tried the Chocolate Chunk Cookie. Damned if it wasn't the best chocolate cookie I've EVER HAD! This is reason enough to go back again. Forever.

I also had the Apple Pop Tart, took it home, microwaved 30 seconds with 3 large pats of butter . . . Delicious!

And a Vanilla Bean Cheesecake called for me to take it home. Had one bite before I left it in the refrigerator. Delicious as well!.

Thank you, Hana, for a wonderfully delicious...

First time visit. Got a couple of matcha blueberry poptarts and a lemon curd cheesecake. BOTH were amazingly delicious and fantastic. Thanks for knowing what real cheesecake tastes like (you should be able to tell it was made from cheese!) and having amazingly buttery crusts, filling, and toppings. The only thing I'd say is that the matcha is far too subtle and I couldn't really taste it at all. I'd love to see how matcha and blueberry would complement each other in the future. Can't wait to come back and try your cookies, muffins and other poptart flavors!
