Spinnaker Chocolate — Restaurant in Seattle

Spinnaker makes the best chocolate you can buy. It's not cheap but it's worth the price. Their chocolate is dark but is not bitter at all despite lack of sugar. All of the belize bars are our favorite.

The hot chocolate mix is also awesome, the best I've ever had - requires no added sugar to make it taste awesome, don't listen to the packaging imo. They recently changed it as well so that it melts easier.

The store itself is also great. Staff are really nice, it smells great, you get to taste everything, and the recent addition of drinks is really smart. If you don't drink dairy milk I would suggest not getting anything here - the oat milk they use is super watery and destroys my enjoyment of the drinks I've gotten (a latte and hot chocolate). Pop into this shop for the fantastic smells and flavors! I’d never been to a chocolate shop where there was an opportunity to sample so many of the varieties, a fascinating experience into the wide and diverse flavors of chocolate. I purchased the 70% Belize bar, utterly taken with the chocolate fruitiness.

I love that they featured their own pastries and those from their neighbors at SeaWolf. I had an iced hot chocolate, so rich and refreshing! Sending Kelly and this amazing store all the stars! We recently had a teambuilding tour of the factory and the whole experience was fantastic! From scheduling (chill and easy), to the tour (fun and educational), to buying all the chocolates (so good!), every aspect was positive and I highly recommend it!
