First and foremost and I'm not too happy about having to pay nine flippin dollars for a "deluxe" sandwich that was definitely made with stale bread. Also got the impression that the person making my sandwich either spoke very horrible English or they were possibly stoned and unable to perform the basic task of making the customers sandwich the way a customer asked, this however was the upside to our lunch at this particular subway. After me and my buddy split our "sandwhich" we used the restroom to wash up. After we washed up i had to replace two small bandaids on my heels and my buddy repacked his backpack so it could fit our recently purchased merchandise from Fred Meyer, right about the time he finished packing up some plain dressed middle eastern man (he could possibly have been Russian) came out and started raising his voice and talking down at us like we were trash. He made some derogatory comments at us asking if i was from the Ukraine. I told him that yes my family was from there in the end he responded letting us know that what we were doing (still unsure how putting bandaids over a blister isnt okay to do) was Ukrainian like and that we were trashy and not allowed in his franchise anymore. Regardless of if we were allowed to eat there again I would never consider going back unless it was under new ownership considering the ignorance and racism from someone who isn't even from this country. I wouldn't have even given the subway 1 star but that is the lowest rating google allows. So fellow eaters avoid this Subway at all costs lol. There's one less then five minutes up the road thats absolutely the picture perfect...

This location has the absolute worst employee in the food service industry. His name is Juan and he's not only adversarial but completely incompetent.
Tonight, I ordered 2 sandwiches and Juan proceeded to completely ruin one of them by putting mayonnaise when I clearly stated no sauce whatsoever. How he managed to pull this off without me seeing it I'll always wonder. When I asked for extra olives he said, "that's all you get." That's an exact quote. When I pointed out that other Subway franchises consistently give out a much higher quantity, he said and I quote, "you should shop there then."
It gets worse: after ringing up my order I asked him who the franchise manager is, he simply walked away from me and said, "I don't know."
I couldn't believe he would actually tell this to a customer. This marks the 3rd time I have had an unpleasant experience with Juan. He's never polite, always mumbles incoherently and is not committed to serving his customers in the spirit Subway promotes.
Juan is in serious need of customer service training. Until that happens my wife and I will never conduct...

TL;DR I ordered a foot long and asked for extra olives and got charged $1.69 for extra toppings.
The staff didn’t speak English very well and when I asked for a bit more on the sandwich, he mumbled something and I nodded thinking he was asking if I wanted more, apparently he was telling me he was going to charge me 1.69 for 10 more olives which I only realized after paying. I sent feedback to the restaurant only to get a clown response from the manager saying claiming there’s 60 olives on the sandwich when there’s nowhere near that amount (see Olives in photo and multiply by 2). I can post the email too...
