TipTop Café — Restaurant in Seattle

I visited the Seattle Space Needle for the first time today and decided to try a Tiptop pie as a snack while up there. Being that I live near a large Amish settlement and frequently enjoy rather delicious slices of pie, imagine my surprise when I tasted the apple pie with bourbon and brown sugar. Something about the experience of being atop the Space Needle, eating an “intergalactically famous” pie from the TipTop Café, is indescribable. This is one of those moments that you can’t forget, even if the pie is incredibly expensive.
