Title: Horrifying Experience Following Surgery Recovery
Review:
If I had the option to give zero stars, I would without hesitation, as the disturbing encounter I faced at this Wingstop location was absolutely appalling. In the midst of recovering from surgery, I was looking forward to a simple meal and friendly service, something that I believed was standard across the Wingstop brand. What unfolded, however, was a nightmare scenario that left me physically shaken and mentally distressed.
Despite being in a vulnerable state due to my recent surgery, I found myself embroiled in an unimaginable escalation of a simple misunderstanding over an order, culminating in a physical assault by both the manager and an employee. The experience was not just deeply traumatizing, but also potentially dangerous given my physical condition.
The manager, someone whom I expected to be the beacon of customer service and the epitome of professionalism, shockingly participated in the physical altercation. Instead of deescalating the situation, he actively became a part of the assault. This level of misconduct is not just unprofessional, it's completely unacceptable and abhorrent.
The employee involved showed a disturbing lack of restraint and basic human respect. Their participation in the assault, rather than demonstrating the courtesy one would expect in such a setting, was shocking, deeply upsetting, and illegal.
It's unthinkable that customers of a restaurant, especially those in a physically vulnerable state like myself, should have to fear physical harm from the staff. This horrifying episode has firmly decided that I will never return to this establishment, and it raises serious doubts about the integrity and safety standards of the Wingstop franchise.
I have reported this incident to local law enforcement, and I intend to pursue legal action to the fullest extent. I strongly urge Wingstop's corporate management to investigate this incident thoroughly and take severe action against both the manager and the employee.
In conclusion, the actions of the manager and the employee during this horrifying ordeal were deeply unsettling and totally inexcusable. I implore potential patrons, especially those who may be in a vulnerable state, to think twice before dining at this location. It utterly fails to uphold the basic principles of hospitality, safety, and respect, making it a place unworthy of...
Read moreUsually this place is on top of it but for some reason when I went in to grab my order I walked in to no welcome and no one behind the counter or kitchen but a worker cleaning in front of the counter and lobby he did see me but decided to choose to be passive aggressive and rude for absolutely no reason of my own. I stood at the counter and patiently waited because I understand that people can be busy or maybe what he was doing was time sensitive definitely no big deal. But it was not busy there was only me and another customer already sat down eating in the restaurant. And from the look of it he was wiping the walls with a dry rag and no sanitizer bucket in sight. He eventually he came up giving me a side eye while walking by me and asked in a passive aggressive way “are you waiting for something or what?” I said I have an online order and said the name attached and he took the bag and kinda half threw it on the counter and half slammed my cup on the counter next to it to where it fell over. While I was filling my cup another gentleman walked up to order and I’m assuming he felt the same vibe as me and said something along the lines of “is there an issue?” Seeming like he was being snooty with him as well then I overheard the clerk say that he is irritated, stressed, and tired witch I understand as someone in the food industry as well and I understand mental health is a tricky mistress. But I don’t feel it’s necessary to make everyone around you have a uncomfortable and unpleasant experience even for the few seconds or minute you interact with them. My food was better than usual witch I appreciate but I’ve never had this bad of an experience with the front of house workers. There was no name tag for this worker but he is on the younger side and have a slight lisp. I hope that he does better in the future or finds a better fitting job with his issues or personality. I wish him the best but I know I didn’t deserve that and I know the gentleman after me...
Read moreFantastic in every way. The wings were juicy, plenty of meat on the bone, and well seasoned & sauced. I even changed my mind about the sauce after ordering and they quickly and accurately made the change. They almost forgot the ranch because I forgot and ordered it after on a 2nd order, but they made sure I got it! They even held their heat and quality after a cold, rainy walk home. Items were well packed. Really enjoyed the lemon pepper and mango habanero, just the right spiciness for me and great flavor. So glad to have a Wingstop in Seattle! I really hope they continue this level of quality of product and service. I hope he workers get paid what they're worth because they're working so hard back there.
PLEASE ignore 1 star reviews from salty customers that had a mistake in their order and choose to harm the business's reputation instead of calling them to have the mistake corrected. That's petty and pathetic behavior. Mistakes are human, especially in such a high-speed, high-stress environment with so many moving parts as a newly opened restaurant. They would absolutely correct any mistake and apologize profusely. No restaurant is a 1 star, especially one that puts such hard work into making such a great product with haste and kindness. Seattle needs this Wingstop so bad, we have absolutely no good wings otherwise. We need to support great businesses, not pull them down because we're upset and hangry in the moment, we're...
