Shocked and appalled at such horrible service and mistreatment of someone who claims they’re the manager. My sister and I walked in for lunch, we were trying to ask the waitress about some items in the menu since we have certain dietary requirements, she would quickly interrupt and act like shes in such a rush. Please keep in mind we were the only ones at the restaurant with just another table. There were only two waitresses. One of them who gave us attitude and the other completely ignored us.

As our food arrived, I had asked the waitress about one of the ingredients in my spring roll, she looks and me and shrugs like im expected to know it, she literally answered me with the word “food”... thanks for letting me know my spring rolls are food !

We were being extremely patient and polite as we waited for our main course, once it arrived she placed the check on the table, even though we had not asked for it. When my sister pointed that out she said “well you’re in a rush”, we told her we’ll ask for it when we’re ready, she snatched it off our table and placed on the table next to us and sarcastically stated “for when you’re ready”.

So we had decided to confront her and asked her if there was a problem, she said “the problem is with me, not you”. Then when we asked for the manager, she said she was, we pointed out that we were being good and polite customers this whole time, we don’t understand the mistreatment, and we arent happy with the service.

She said “you can leave, no need to pay and no need to eat, you can go”

And thats what we did. I am yet to understand how it is okay for a business owner or manager or kick customers our of their shop because of their own emotional frustrations (I’m assuming). But i know for sure this will never be a jplace I reccommend to anyone or...

Came here for dinner on a last minute random pick with wife and son. Something near our hotel but also something we cant find back home in west Texas was the agreement. This one was our pick. It was still happy hour till 6 so we got some deals as well since we got there at 530pm. The place was dead with just 1 other diner when we came in oddly enough.

I got the beef salad and chicken larb salad on the happy hour menu and then the chicken satay dish from regular menu. My wife got the drunken noodles (w/ chicken) and my son got the chicken wings with a bowl of rice. Let's just say that not much remained at the end of our visit because it was all fantastic! Everything was super fresh and tasty for all of us.

The dressing they make in house for the chicken larb and beef salad is terrific! The marinated sirloin steak bits were super flavorful and very tender. I was very impressed by that alone. The two salads were full size plates also, note smaller happy hour portions at lower cost so that was nice to see. My wife said her noodles were also on point and better than some she gets back home which she does often. My chicken satay skewers were perfect! I love getting this at any Thai spot as it always lands well for me and they did here too. The peanut satay sauce is also on point here as well!

Great service, quick, kind, helpful suggestions. I would absolutely come here again during happy hour to score more deals and...

Don't come here if you are at all concerned with your health and safety. I saw the maskless lady working the front handle a dine in customer's finished meal with her bare hands (including touching the customer's finished chopsticks, dishes, water cups, etc.) and came in to charge me for my pickup order. She never washed her hands in between (in handing me my food and charging me for my order with my credit card) and seemed quite annoyed by me asking her about sanitizing. Instead she used a napkin in between and eventually her bare hands to hand me my receipt and credit card back. Once I signed the receipt - she said "yes, yes, pay". It was only after all this that she eventually washed her hands and stated that she needed to keep clean and simply shrugged and said "oh sorry" when I asked her why she didn't wash before.

Pandemic or not - this is unacceptable and unsanitary. From this experience, I will never be back. It seems to me that the staff is only concerned about their health and...

Ordered the Basil Fried Rice (spice level 3) with a side of fried egg, and Thai Iced Tea. The fried rice was tasty with a nice basil aroma and not too oily, which I appreciated. That said, the spice level felt quite mild for a level 3. I was also expecting some chicken and vegetables, but it was mostly just rice—adding more ingredients would have made the dish feel more complete. A side of chili oil would’ve helped too. The Thai Iced Tea was very sweet, and since it’s pre-made, there’s no option to adjust the sweetness. Something to keep in mind if you prefer drinks less sugary. I visited on a Sunday evening around 7:30 PM. Only one server was managing over 7 tables, so service was understandably slow but friendly. The ambience was average—nothing bad, just not particularly memorable. And like many downtown Seattle restaurants, there’s no dedicated parking. Overall, a decent experience with solid flavor, but a few small improvements could make it much better.

Of course me and my girls went there for the tower. I made a reservation 2 weeks prior for six people as we were going to see a comedy show. I will start with the tower we got the piña colada tower, sadly we were not satisfied about the taste. We all felt like it could’ve been stronger and tasted a little bit better. For the food, hands-down it was so flavorful and most of us ordered pad Thai or fried rice at a level 3. The 2 serves that were there, bless their hearts! Business was booming, people were coming in left and right and they were booked and busy trying to get to everyone. They kept a smile on their face and serviced everyone as quickly as possible. Next time I decide to go back I will still get pad Thai because it’s my favorite, level 2 and a different tower.
