Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Secaucus

Never leave reviews but for this I had to. Yesterday I had a birthday party. I preordered 8 pies, parm bites, cinna sticks and 2 bottles of soda. My order came (12:15), there was no soda. Before I realized he didnt have the soda i paid, plus gave a 10$ tip. I ask him where are my sodas. He says he forgot them. He then asks do you still want them? I replied, of course this is a birthday party and now we have no drinks. Time passes and its almost 1:00. I call them and they tell me hes on his way. Its 1:20, the party is now over, i call again. “Where is the driver?” They reply “you have to wait hes coming.”

Meanwhile dominos is literally 4 minutes from the place i was located. I call again and tell them im coming in to get a refund. I had a birthday party with food and no drinks.

The order was 90$ plus i gave him a 10$ tip. It was their fault and should have brought my drinks asap.

When i get to the location, she tries to only refund one drink. She finally sees it was 2 and gives me the money back.

It wasn’t about getting the $6 back, it was about their inconsiderate actions and telling me for over an hour that this guy is on his way.

This happens too many times and people often tell them to forget it after awhile. They want the full bill amount, i want my full order. Especially for a child's...

Would not recommend. You know how sometimes you're just feeling lazy, your favorite pizza shop is already closed, and you're OK with eating sub-mediocre pizza? That's when you order from Domino's. But, if you wanted to order from here, you're better off just becoming more and more famished and waiting to eat until later the same day, or the following day. I placed an order via the app at 8.10pm. Order confirmed and app told me it was finished cookin' and "Karen" was quality-checking my order @ 8.32pm. I called the store at 9.16pm and asked what the status was and some confused woman told me my order was out for delivery. At 9.35pm I checked the app and the app said my order was delivered. I called again at 9.40pm and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to, "Daniel", said he was the manager, and refused to give me a refund. I had four [missed] calls from the delivery driver at 10.41pm. What makes you think I'd want my FOOD delivery 2.5 hours after it was ordered? When it was supposedly out for delivery 1.5 hours ago? The app asked me for feedback, if Alicia's delivery was on time, and if I was satisfied with my order. Yeah, so that's that. I'd leave ZERO stars if I could, but instead, will be leaving this review on every review site I can for...

I went to this Domino’s in Secaucus eager to eat a good pizza. First, all the employees were hanging out in the back. One teenager wAs the only one making the pizzas. It took awhile for someone to take my order. Again, one person making the pizzas while the others while talking and laughing. While waiting I heard the girl who was making the pizza yell and as she ran to the others she said in Spanish that there was a rat where the food was being prepared. There was a woman with a small boy who had walked in and went behind the counter to talk to the rest of the employees. At that time, the little boy was saying rat ,rat in Spanish. The girl who had been making the pizzas refused to go back to her spot so a guy who was throwing garbage came to make the pizzas without washing his hands.

I demanded my money back and the employees looked at me like I had four heads. I told them it is inexcusable to have mice or rats around food.

Do not give your hard earned money to this place. The employees are unprofessional and the place should be condemned by the town of...
