Jan 22nd I came through drive thru with my boyfriend. We order 6 Dave singles. We got home and began to eat while watching a movie. The 1st burger was fine and I went for my 2nd. I took a bite and thought something was off but I thought it was because of the lemonade so I kept eating. Finally I asked my boyfriend to turn the light on and I saw I had been eating a RAW BURGER! Right away i felt sick and also very upset. My boyfriend told me i should go and talk with someone and that was exactly what i did. When i showed up i was greeted promptly and with a wonderful attitude. I asked for a manager and the guy nodded. A few moments later a man walked up and asked what he could do for me. I had already pulled the burger out and placed it on the counter in front and asked him if this looked correct. He right away got nervous and said "no that is completely wrong! I am so sorry!" He then asked when I came in. When I told him it was around 5 pm he told me "I am so sorry! This is 100% not right and the guy working the grill is stupid as hell" he then asked "would you like me to remake your order?" I told him no because frankly I was already nauseous and didnt trust the food. "Can I wrote you a free meal ticket?" I agreed because I was just done at that point. I ended up throwing up all night because of food poisoning! I reached out to corporate with a immediate response saying they are looking into it. Read moreWell I have had some good service here during the late shift, when I order the norm like burgers and fries. It's when I order the salad that I've had a problem. I ordered one night and the guy taking the order tried to rush me through my order. Well I asked him for extra avocado on the side of my southwestern salad, when I got to the window I didn't have any avocado on the side and when I asked I could hear someone on the inside saying loudly that she put the extra avocado in the salad. I was on my way to work so I didn't argue I just left. Well the next time I stopped to order the salad I asked for the extra avocado on the side again. Now mind you, they charge $1 for each extra scoop and the 1\2 salad comes with 2 scoops and the full salad comes with 3. I've ordered before at other Wendys and paid the extra and didn't get it even though I paid for it, which is why I started asking for it on the side. Well this time I ordered the 1/2 salad and I got the extra avocado on the side, but when I went on break at work to eat it, the salad itself had 1 tiny little scoop of avocado when it should've had two and the avocado that I paid the $1 extra for just completed the salad instead of adding to it. I'm not sure why the night crew at this Wendys has a problem with giving the extra that a person is paying for so I just started going to my local Wendys and get my salad with extra avocado before my bedtime and have it for work. Read moreThis is now the second time I have gotten a burger from this place that was not cooked all the way it was raw in the middle and they slapped ketchup and mayo all over the burger and thought I wasn't going to see something needs to be done this Wendy's needs to be shut down you have a manager and employee that's smoking weed in front of the store doesn't properly cook food correctly and is a hazard to our children and ourselves I am disappointed and very disgusted that Wendy's let's their employees do this to their customers it was a manager and a black female that is doing this to customers thinking that it's okay to do this to customers just so they can get money I am very disappointed this place needs to be completely shut down it is not safe to eat I have been a customer for a very long time and I am not happy about this whoever is cooking on the grill this crew needs to get fired the manager and the black female smoking weed in the front needs to get fired they sit there and act like they are closed when people are in line waiting for them to talk to the microphone they're sitting on their phones they don't care about the customers Wendy's corporations step your game up or I will be making a call to higher up and have business shut down not ok to do to your customers and no half of sandwich wasnt ate I ripped it in half to see if it was cooked all the way...
