I WILL APOLOGIZE NOW FOR HOW LONG THIS IS. READ ENTIRE REVIEW FOR UPDATES: I ordered food for my daughter and her friends because they were home alone, and received a text saying the delivery driver was pulling up, my daughter saw them at the neighbors but they just drove away, no text or call. So after 10 minutes I called the store and they said they couldn't find the house because the mail boxes were out of order and that I needed to talk to the city to have them fix that and asked if I would just take a credit because it was gettinglate and he didnt want to have to send a driver back out. I told them no that the girls were hungry and had been waiting and that I wanted the food that I paid for delivered and which house it was, I was told it would be. 10 minutes later the driver pulled up to the exact same neighbors house ,so my daughter started flicking the porch light on and off to try to get their attention, again they drove away with no call or text to say they couldn't find it so we could tell them where to go. I got online and it said order and delivery completed. By this time it was midnight and the store was closed so nobody answered my calls when i tried to find out what was going on. So I paid for food that was never received and they didn't even have the decency to call and apologize. I honestly don't think they had any intentions of calling at all even after they apparently couldn't find the house.
UPDATE: AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW THEY SHOWED UP AT 12:45, BANGED ON DOOR AND YELLED AND HAD AN ATTITUDE, WITH SOME NASTY LOOKING WEIRD FOOD, AND PRETTY SURE IT WAS OUT OF SPITE, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE STORE MANAGER.
UPDATE #2: I WENT IN AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM THE WHOLE STORY. LET ME START BY SAYING HE WAS POLITE AND APOLOGETIC AND HE DID REMAKE THE FOOD BUT ASKED ME AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO CHANGE MY REVIEW. HOWEVER AFTER THE ENTIRE ORDEAL I FEEL LIKE SIMPLY REMAKING THE FOOD 15 HOURS LATER WHEN WE NO LONGER NEEDED IT WASNT ENOUGH. I HAVE WORKED IN SEVERAL PIZZA PLACES AND EVEN MORE RESTRAUNTS SO MAYBE MY EXPECTATIONS ARE TO HIGH. HOWEVER, IF I WERE THE MANAGER I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A FULL REFUND AND THEN ASKED IF THEY WOULD LIKE THE FOOD NOW OR CREDITED TO THEIR ACCOUNT FOR ANOTHER TIME. I THEN WOULD HAVE ASSURED THE CUSTOMER THAT I TOOK THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND THAT THOSE INVOLVED WOULD BE ADDRESSED. I don't think that expecting what you order to be delivered in a timely proffesional manner is asking to much and I do understand that things happen at which point they should be addressed and resolved to the customers satisfaction if at all possible. This all could have easily all been avoided if they would have simply called when they went to the wrong house the first time or by putting in a little more effort as there are only a couple houses on the road. Also a manager should not ask repeatedly for someone who had a bad experience to change their review. I've been to this pizza place many times and never had bad service and mostly good food but this entire situation was out of line and so unprofessional that it overshadows...
Read moreNight driver Kelly went above and beyond. The order showed up earlier than expected, was great however we were missing our drink, i told her all was well and she insisted she would stop at the first store and pay for it (assuming with her tip money) and bring it back. I again assured her it was okay it was just a drink and she said no. Be right back. I assume maybe she'd forget or get busy. And not even five minutes later she was back at the door happy as could be all smiles with the drink. Some people might look at this as "something that should have been done" but I've worked food service and i know how it can be at the end of a long night almost ready to head home and have something pop up. It speaks volumes about her manner regarding the issue she never at any point made me feel as of i was being a burden. Which has happened many times in the passed at other establishments hence my hesitation when she said she'd be right back. Customer service in the food industry has become very weird with a "customer is always right... Always" attitude and a lot of workers are treated poorly by the customers because of this and all too often workers like Kelly fall through the cracks and don't get so much as a thank you most days so i wanted to make sure Kelly and the Dominos Team of Sequim Washington got a 5 star review. Will definitely remember this for years to come.
UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER Me and my girlfriend totally slept through Domino's trying to deliver our food to us. well after about 19 minutes of knocking on our door says my text updates but they decided it was time to go because they had other things to do with their schedule. the delivery driver instead of being just totally oblivious to what possibilities there were decided to stack our food up right next to the door on the little chair we had there seeing as they have delivered here plenty of times to know that they were actually at the right place. Again everything was there, food is still good and hot even you know 18 minutes later and we were happy we didn't have to call and wait for food again. so kudos to you guys a second time if I could leave a second review with another five stars I would but it only lets me use edit so that's why it's like this...
Read moreInconsistent overcooked undercooked and delivery can easily be twice as long as they say if not longer and apparently nobody's in charge there on 9/03 I made my last order not only did I not receive my entire order but what I did receive was burnt and disgusting and what I didn't receive the lady told me that another guy was driving on his way out and would be bringing it. midnight came and went nobody showed this isn't the first time that this has but it is the last after receiving several orders from this particular sequim Domino's restaurant and feeling ill afterwards never get a manager call back a delivery that took over twice as long I did receive a 50% off coupon but if one was to look that's almost as common coupon as the 6.99 two or more and a slap in the face when you just spent $60 and they don't even bring your whole order out never call you back NOTHING I'm about supporting local businesses and all for everybody deserves a second chance even the third even a fourth this place...
