Not making a good impression guys!! This was my 1st time coming to your location, and I am disappointed!! I placed my order on the app and I was very specific!! When I walked in to get it she was about to make itā¦. I see her with a cup full of ice filled to the top, and she starts pumping the caramel on it, and I asked if that was mine, and she said yes, and I let her know that mine was less ice which it even says on the sticker!! The guy (Iām assuming he was the manager) told her again less ice and she went to the sink and dumped half of the ice out and along with it the caramel, and I said you dumped caramel out with that and sheās like no worries Iāll add more!! My thing is I specifically asked for eight caramel swirls, and she has no idea how much was in that cup since she dumped part of it out!! I donāt know what was up with the coffee that they poured out of a plastic tea/Kool-Aid pitcher, but the ice that was in my cup was practically gone by the time I got to the car, and I donāt know what the stuff she sprinkled on top of the foam was because anytime Iāve ever ordered it theyāve never sprinkled anything on top!? It was unbearably sweet and barely cold!! Definitely not worth my hard...

Today I placed a mobile order that I was charged for, placed it at the correct location, but apparently it didnāt go through. When I pulled up to the window and said my name for the mobile order they said they didnāt have it. I explained that I was charged for my order, $9.88 to be exact and even had a text message from my bank to prove it. I showed them the text from my bank that I was charged for the order. They refused to make my order because they ādidnāt have the receiptā that prints out. He actually said āI am not going to make your order because I donāt have the receiptā. The guy at the window called his boss apparently and I guess his boss told him not to make it and to tell me to reach out to Dunkin online to get a refund. Kind of crazy that they wouldnāt just make my order and the way it was handled did not demonstrate very good customer service. Anytime Iāve had issues at any other locations theyāve gone above and beyond to make it rightā¦not this location. I wonāt be back to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been coming to this location off and on for the past 2 years ever since I started working in the area and every single time I come here I ask for a lot of cream and sugar or heavy cream and sugar because that's what I drink in my coffee and almost every single time like 90% of the time they will only give me like two or three creams it has gotten so bad to the point to where I have to go to other restaurants or stop at UDF to get my cream and sugar after buying coffee from this place I just don't understand why this place is so tight with their cream and sugar it's actually infuriating considering how much you pay for the coffee and you can't get what you want but they don't have a problem taking your money it's only this location I've never had this problem anywhere else and I'm not just saying that out of spite it's just like they don't care that's really what it seems like to me every time I'm running behind and I feel like I got to stop here because it's conveniently on the way it's like am I even going to get what I want todayš it's insane how this...
