I live near by, so I go to this McDonalds a lot. I have never had bad service there until today. I sent my husband to go get food for lunch for myself, my mom, and three daughters (ages 1, 2, and 5. You’ll see why that’s important in a minute). My food was not so fresh and the fries were old but that’s a norm with fast food nowadays sadly. I look past that. My problem was the chocolate milks. My daughters were given three EXPIRED CHOCOLATE MILK. When I called up there to tell the manager, she claimed they didn’t have any chocolate milk in the store all day and that I MUST have the wrong McDonalds. I confirmed with her and my husband that I called the right McDonalds (“the one right across the street from the White Castle” were my exact words). After I made sure that was the right one, I told her it was that store, and that we did in fact get chocolate milk from there. She then told me “Well we haven’t had chocolate milk in our store all day so I don’t know what to tell you.” Which of course, made me mad. I told her you think she’d be a little more concerned because she just gave out the expired milk to children, but she didn’t care. She goes “okay so what do you want me to do about it.” So my husband went up there and got three regular milk. When he got there she even remembered him. She had to verify his bill because we had to break a big bill there. She continued saying that she didn’t know where they came from, but she never said she was sorry or apologized for it. She then gave him the milk and slammed the door in his face before he even had the chance to ask her name. She was extremely rude. I was a GM at a fast food restaurant for 4 years, and I would be appalled to know my manager acted that way. It...
Read moreI brought a complaint to the attention of the management today 2-2-18 the staff is very friendly there and when they relayed my complaint which was I purchase an extra gravy for my biscuits just to get enough gravy to cover the biscuits (which I do not have to do it any other McDonald’s location that I frequent) I don’t mind to pay for the extra gravy but I do like to at least have enough gravy to cover one biscuit The managers reply was that they put 4 ounces of gravy in a 6 ounce cup I have taken pictures to document the gravy I received which the extra gravy barely covered the bottom of the paper container. This is the second time I’ve brought this to the attention of the staff and after the manager made this comment today I will not be going back to this location they have a wonderful staff but the management needs to address an issue when it arises But I am not there to argue with them I am there to receive my food and go on my way so I will be doing that elsewhere from now on I will also be reviewing on yelp so I can post pictures as every time I eat there this is how the food is sent out. They are ripping people off with their dry biscuits and gravy. The workers are not filling the cups properly with the correct amount. I do not recommend this...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru last night and ordered a #5 large sized (I was splitting it with someone else). However, I was given a medium fry in a large container. When I questioned why it wasn't filled the worker closed the drive-thru window on me and turned his back. Then about 10 seconds later he said if you want more fries you have to buy more. I then asked him to actually look at the container and tell me that what I received was a large fry. Then the manager comes to the window and says our GM said we give to much food so if you want a full fry you need to order an extra large fry. I could not believe it! I said to the manager- you mean to tell me that every other McDonalds can fill up the fry container, but your store. Her response was every store is different and can do what they want, and our GM has been getting on us about the amount of food we give so if you want more you can buy another fry. I won't be going to this location ever again. I literally pulled up and took a picture because I was in such disbelief at the lack of fries in the...
