Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

Ordered June 29,2021 My pizza didn't have much cheese on the pizza and you can tell because you could just see the sauce and toppings, the crust was not flavored as well. I called right away and spoke to a "manager". What this gentlemen told me was that he made the pizza personally and remembers making my exact order and that it was how it was supposed to be. I informed him that the sauce shouldn't be visible with the toppings and many of my past orders from this exact location never have I had this bad quality of pizza. He then told me he can remake the pizza, or give me credit for the order. I chose to go with the credit, but what he failed to inform me was that he was not going to credit me for the 40$ I spent on overpriced cardboard pizza, but that the credit was only 3$. If i was informed of this I would've had my pizza remade.. Speaking to a manager July 2nd, she informed me that he was supposed to be specific about letting me know about the 3$ credit, but he did not. This manager did not even attempt to try to make the situation right. This location just wants to overcharge you for cardboard quality un-fresh food. I have ordered from this Jet's Pizza so many times, and they are always on point for me.Their delivery is within the given amount of time, and they are always giving me whatever promotion they have available.

The pizza quality here is better than other corporate style pizza restaurants. Their Detroit style deep dish square pizzas are the best. Every piece of the crust crunches with every bite. It is cheesy, and it is dry with the amount of sauce they put on it. The toppings they use have are better quality than other pizza places I have been to.

The one thing I like most about the customer service here is that they will always go through whatever promotions they have and apply it to my order. If I do not qualify for the available promotions, then they always suggest it based on what I have ordered so far. They messed up my pizza. Said they'd remake it. Said I could have the other one in the meantime due to the mix up. I took it to my car and picked at it while I waited. Then, another employee came out and said they needed the other pizza back. Gross. After I'd had my fingers in it they took it back over the counter and into the back room. They don't know what I did with it that's against all kinds of health codes. Gross. But then I still had to wait to get the correct pizza. They were just trying to be rude. For what?
