This was the WORST experience I've ever had with takeout in my life. I told the driver to park in the front of my house where the walkway is and he parked on the side street and walked over. As he got out of his car he dropped our box of cheesy bread on the ground and didn't even attempt to pick it up quickly. He just kicked the box out of the way and left it in the street. When he handed me the food and said he dropped the cheesy bread I asked if he'd be coming back with another one and he said "NO". Point blank NO! No apology for dropping it at all. He told me to call the store for a credit. I said you're open until midnight, it's only 6:45. He said it's too far to come back. We're literally 10 mins from Domino's. On top of that I couldn't understand anything he was saying. He was Indian with a heavy accent so that made it even more frustrating. I went inside and called the store and an Indian lady answered. Again, I could barely understand her. I told her what happened and asked for a refund on the item and she said sorry she can't do that. WHAT?? What kind of customer service is that!? She told me she'd discount our next order. I told her it's been 5 years since we last ordered from here so that's not an option and I'd like the refund now. Again she said she couldn't do that. Not sure why but I advise people to not order from this Domino's on Bridgeport Ave. in Shelton! The food was horrible, the delivery was horrible and the customer service was horrible. If I could rate this place zero stars I would've because that's what they deserve. Hopefully they go out of business soon and close the...
Read moreAli & Mohammad (spelling??) have both given me a lot of trouble last night and tonight. I work as a Nurse, and unfortunately Domino's in Shelton, CT is the only place that delivers when I get home. Granted I live in Coppel Ln, the next street over from them. As much as I hate to admit it, I would say I order there between 4 and 5 nights out of the week. There are some good staff members lake Rebecca and Mikaela that go out of their way to help customers such as myself, but these 2 guys are clowns and do not know the 1st thing about customer service . I have tried speaking with the store manager Anderson, but that got me absoutley no where. I'm waiting for a phone call back from the franchise owner Bryan because I have the majority of these negative interactions that have been going on for close to a year now recorded. If Domino's corporate happens to see this, I urge you to please reach out to me because your store is losing a lot of money due to a couple rotten apples. Oh, don't bother calling within 45 minutes of them closing because they will not pick up the phone for you at all. Again, unless Rebecca or Mikaela are working. I am going to keep posting every reviews every night until I hear from Brian and...
Read moreI decided to stop and get pizza after getting out of work for dinner. I had put my order in about an hour prior to leaving. The quickest pick up was around 445, which was fine. I had ordered two pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread for my family. I got there and needed to wait another 5-10 minutes. When my food was ready, instead of putting the dipping sauces in a little bag like they usually do, the employee pretty much tossed them on top of the boxes that were already slipping out of my arms. The employee also thought it was funny because he gave out a laugh. Sorry buddy it wasn't funny. It was unprofessional. Instead of tossing the sauce cups on top of the boxes you could've put the sauces into a small bag before I even picked up my food considering you charge $1 and some change which is ridiculous for a small cup of dipping sauce. Also, the pizzas that I ordered the crust was burnt. Maybe it shouldn't have stayed in for extra 5-10 minutes. The only thing that came out decent was the...
