Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Shepherdsville

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had an awesome experience from start to finish. I ordered the chicken wrap and a fruit bowl, and both completely hit the spot.

The chicken wrap was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly made. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy, and the veggies were crisp and well-balanced with the delicious sauce. It was filling, but still felt like a light, healthy option — not greasy or heavy at all.

The fruit bowl was honestly one of the best parts. It came with a colorful, generous mix of fresh fruit — super refreshing, chilled just right, and naturally sweet. It felt clean and energizing, and it paired perfectly with the wrap.

But what really made this visit stand out was the amazing staff. Everyone working there was so friendly, upbeat, and professional. They greeted me with a smile, were patient while I looked at the menu, and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell the team here takes pride in their work and cares about their customers.

The cafe itself was clean, bright, and had a relaxed vibe — a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out for a bit.

I finally had the chance to go here today and have a nice Meal. I chose the Sunrise/Sunset Smoothie and the All American Breakfast wrap. I wish I could have dined in but I placed a to go order.

The Smoothy was refreshing and delicious! The Breakfast wrap had scrambled eggs, Bacon and Cheese! It was ALL SO GOOD!

Just enough to hold me until supper time tonight.

The ladies working here are very friendly and helpful. I'd like to go back sometime when I have time to Dine In. It's very clean and pleasant! This was a very good experience and I highly recommend. This was my first time EVER purchasing from Tropical Smoothie!...

Alrighty, this place opened today so I decided to stop by. Their drive thru was closed and there were still a few things sitting around, so they aren't quite 100% yet. So this review is a work in progress.

I got a couple of their popular smoothies at fair prices. Our two favorites were Sunrise Sunset and Green Island. They were very refreshing with no added sweetener. The wait after ordering 6 smoothies was as expected as they find their groove, 5-10min.

Small open dining area available for those that prefer to dine in.

I haven't tried any of the food yet but I'll be back to...
