Today I placed in online order at 1120 was called back at 1130 to let me know I will be getting my pizzas in approximately 2 hrs. The young lady was very persistent in me canceling my good. Because they had no driver or to come get it, which I couldn’t do. She was very hostile in her tone and refused to give me her name and advised me that I had no choice in the matter. I then asked for her manger and she said it will take a while but I need to hold. When I ask her what her managers name was so i can introduce myself properly, she refuses that as well and tried to tell me it is a state law to give out names (which I know is a lie). She put me on hold for like 10 minutes then the call was hung up. I immediately call back the same young lady answer in a much more rude tone and I once again requested the manager, she then at that point advised me she is on her way. Upon speaking to the manger in duty as identified, she refuses her name and said they will make my pizza now (at that point around 1145pm) but it will take over 2 hours to get it. I asked her the process because at that point my pizza will be cold and she advices me she will just turn up the hot table for a couple of hours while the pizza sit so it would be warm. I inquired her what about the quality of the pizza over all not just the temperature. She said I had no choice but to wait for it. (Which I understand short staffing) I advised her that her very upsetting tone was not professional and I’m sorry she is struggling . I asked her what steps to take if I recieved my product as late as projected and it was unsatisfactory. She stated to call back tomorrow and talk with someone. So again I ask her her name so if there was a problem I know who I spoke with…she refuses. Aggravated I ask her to simply cancel my original order and what steps that included and and what to expect. I then proceeded to as for the General Mangers name so I could specifically speak to that person at a later point, she then I turned tried to tell me again it was a law (another lie) I apologized to her that she was having such a bad night that her and the other girl were so unhappy by my business and inquisitions About the current situation. I ask ask if there was anything she would be willing to do or credit or anything for my inconvenience because I had just wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break on the phone with her and now have no lunch. She then explain to me the only thing she will do is refund my money. And that is it. Definitely made me feel like I was such a burden, there are plenty other competitive pizzerias in the area that I will gladly utilize for my business.

   Read moreWhen I first started going to this location, the pizza was great. Little to zero complaints. Over the past month or so, it's gone downhill. I've received burnt pizza, drenched in sauce pizza, undercooked pizza and more. As you can see in the photos, the last two pizzas have been a disappointment as well. Pizza before tonights was supposed to have jalapeno on half. It's like whoever made the pizza grabbed a massive handful and dumped them on like two pieces of pizza. There was also a tremendous amount of crust. Like half of the pizza was crust and half had sauce and cheese and toppings. An extreme disappointment. Tonights pizza had basically no sauce, it was so dry, like a bread stick with pepperoni. It was also extremely thin, almost a thin crust. This is probably my 6th pizza that was just a mess. I like Domino's and hoped the quality would improve. Maybe they just had a bad night right? Well I'm done. I'm not paying double for something that's worse than Walmart frozen pizza. Just ridiculous.

   Read moreAfter placing an online order I went to the drive thru for pick up. Rang the bell and waited… and waited… all while an employee was steadily taking pizzas to the oven. The person who came to the window was the delivery driver who had just returned to the store. Finally after 10 mins someone came to the window and we told them the name for the order. ( pizza was already ready) we waited.. and waited…so I finally called the store from the drive thru.. no answer. So I pressed the bell again. After waiting some more the same guy finally came back to the window and I said “ is there a reason you haven’t gotten my food yet” and his reply was she didn’t bring it? And then continued to yell across the store to said co worked that was supposed to bring the pizza to the window. He eventually showed up with our food and said the lady that was supposed to bring it got busy… ya don’t say? And I was busy waiting on my pizza to get cold that I already paid for. Smh.
