Wingstop — Restaurant in Shoreline

I’ve been to Wingstop a few times, and the food is usually fine, just like at any other location. Unfortunately, my recent visit was more about poor service than the food.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a clerk wearing glasses who seemed uninterested in making any effort. I ordered 15 classic wings and asked for the military discount, which I know they offer. She told me the manager wasn’t available, but I got the impression she wasn’t even trying to get in touch with them. I noticed the manager outside in the parking lot, smoking, but she didn’t make an effort to get him involved.

What really frustrated me, though, was when I asked for extra seasoning on my Louisiana rub. The clerk gave me wings with no seasoning on top, even though I had specifically requested it. It felt like she purposely left it off so I’d have to pay an extra $1.70 for the seasoning, which seemed like a sneaky way to make more...

First (and likely last) time at this Wingstop, although we visit a Wingstop more than is reasonable (2-3x/month). This location was very well staffed with pleasant people who were friendly and efficient. The issue is with the environment. This restaurant is very small. Two of the four tables were occupied by Wingstop employees presumably on break. One of whom was listening to videos on her phone very loudly (in order to be heard over the unbelievably loud music playing in the restaurant.) Several customers stood, waiting for a table to open up.

Also, as noted by other reviewers, they left the seasoning off the Cajun wings. It was just hot sauce. Trying to get it fixed was a hassle. Food was hot and good, but this location wasn't...

My order was overcooked I ordered 2 flavors of tenders and 2 dipping sauces both with fries and the only thing that tasted how it was supposed to was my dipping sauces. When I called I was approached with an attitude as I tried explaining my dilemma. I’ll try and call again tomorrow but I’m sure that’s their way of not having to replace my order

*update, they contacted me and corrected the situation. The gentlemen Juan that replaced my order was kind and I appreciated him. I will be returning as they continue to grow their report...
