This requires a little back story so everyone understands the context. Its 2020 The world faces a pandemic that requires the entire population to self quarantine when possible. It requires everyone to wear masks while traveling ANYWHERE. It requires everyone to practice social distancing to the extent possible. The world, is shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic that threatens everyone. Essential businesses are the only things open and are required to hold to certain standards to protect their customers. It’s up to each individual to put into practice these requirements To prevent the spread. And that catches us up to the timeline we’re at, as well as the reason why this was a big enough deal to justify writing a bad review. My wife and I pull up and order a small meal and a drink and pull around the corner to pay. We are next in line and see the cashier reach out to collect payment from the car in front of us, then proceeds to hand them their meals. The customer collects everything into their car, pauses for a few moments then proceeds to hand the items back through the drive through window to the cashier. A few moments pass and the customer is handed another bag of food and then they roll out. Now, in my head I’m thinking ; different size bag, different drink, must have gotten something mixed up. It happens, no big deal. I roll up and the cashier collects my payment only for me to notice, no gloves. The next thing I notice, is the employees I can see all seem to be wearing their masks as chin guards. Not actually covering anything, just a couple of masks resting on their chin. While I’m sitting their flabbergasted by the arrogance that’s associated with their current state of mind I’m handed a bag and my drink from the cashier. As I’m about to collect it I ask, “Is this the order that you gave the last customer and they gave back?” A good long pause takes place between the cashiers hesitant head nod of what started to be a no, only to become a yes. To me this says the cashier was seriously contemplating lying to me. (If you were watching you would have seen it to, trust me) I say, “I’m sorry I don’t want it.” Then the cashier goes out of her way to huff and puff and mutter “he doesn’t f’n want it because someone else touched it” clearly loud enough to attempt my wife and I to feel like WERE the problem. to which someone responds “what do you want to do” and the cashier says “make him another one and save that for something else” Now in my head here’s what I’ve seen so far-Gloveless cashier takes money. Face maskless cashier hands food to a customer. I assume the customer opened the food, and in some manner saw that it wasn’t theirs then proceeded to hand it back. The food was then given to me at which point I rejected it because it’s been in someone else’s car. Nothing against the other customer, but they have no responsibility or liability to me, another customer. I don’t know if they are sick, I don’t know if they ruffled through it looking at the order, I don’t know when the last time they washed their hands. But that shouldn’t matter because the employee should never have handed it to me, the next customer! Then to sit there and have the audacity to belittle me for trying to stay healthy even though none of them seemed to care enough to practice any of the basic hygiene practices we are supposed to enforce as a society right now. It’s just kind boggling you know? That some people can be so careless and ignorant to how their actions can affect others. But I digress, back to the food. I’m then handed my meal. Still no gloves, but I accepted that part. I say thank you, cashier rolls their eyes and I roll out. Upon opening the bag I see my food stuffed in their, not wrapped, not covered. And the receipt that was touched by what I’m confident are unsanitary hands was smeared into our food. Dumb...people are just dumb. don’t go here. Go anywhere in...

I got a double with red ranch curly fries and no drink. Line was all the way around the building so I seen the door was propped open so decided to walk in to have them fix my sandwich and give me my drink... I walk in the lady says our dining room is closed your not supposed to be in here, I said well I went through the drive thru and they messed up my sandwich and didn't give me my drink, the lady then said well go back through the drive thru, our dinning room is closed hence my kids are here. very rude very disrespectful so I said I will contact the manager she says ha I am the manager so go ahead.... Very disappointed because I am pregnant and crave Arby's but I don't feel I should spend my hard earned money at place to be...
Read moreMade a quick stop here for food on 10/14/24 at 4:11pm. The place was very clean, they had Halloween decorations up, which was neat, and the shift supervisor was very nice and friendly. The food was out before we even got our drinks, and it was fresh and delicious! I needed to use the bathroom, and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bathroom was as well. I don't normally do reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt like the crew went above and beyond here, not just with the customer service, but also the food, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The Halloween decorations were an awesome touch that you don't really see in other fast food places, and even their sign stating "Werewolves like Arby's, so should you" is creative and in good spirits for the...
