I go to Starbucks like everyday, usually the Minneso ta location. I used to go totally his location at the Hilton but haven't in awhile until today. This lady is not a very nice person, I've been listening to her talk bad about ALOT of customers who come in here. She must think because they have earbuds in that I can't hear her. She's not a very nice person at all. I can't believe Starbucks would hire someone like this.

The fact that this is on-site in this hotel, is a big plus. The location is perfect. I sat outside to people watch and precisely what I needed. It was about 8am, and there was only one person in line. Surprising, for a Starbucks. Like most, fairly calm no rush. My americano was perfect, and those mini breakfast bites were just the fuel I needed. Great and friendly baristas, as well.

It was about 8am, and there was only one person in line. Surprising, for a Starbucks. Like most, fairly calm no rush. My americano was perfect, and those mini breakfast bites were just the fuel I needed. Great and friendly baristas, as well.

UPDATE January 2, 2025 Hilton Garden Inn downtown SFSD-

Was profiled this morning by the coffee shop manager for what I'm guessing is the reason she doesn't like regular customers. Some sort sighted short lived ego tripping. She sent out an employee out to my table. Manager didn't have the back-bone to talk to me herself. As a regular customer to Hilton and Starbucks - believe they again have management issue at this Starbucks location in Sioux Falls.

UPDATED - 01.29.2023 - AFTER AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO STARBUCKS IN SEATTLE WASHINGTON - OWNER OF STARBUCKS AT THE SIOUX FALLS HILTON GARDEN HOTEL SENDS A REPLY LINK FROM STARBUCKS HONORNORS MAKING A FOOL OUT OF THEMSELVES - ATTACHED - ON REPLY -

-CLOSED- Both, Saturday, and Sunday went for coffee. Googled both days saying open at 6am. Both days not open at 6am. No lights on. Inqired at the front dest of the Hilton Garden Inn - very kind staff from my precious visits. Management must not have the ability to write a schedule ? Two 🌟 I believe...
