where to start lol… we sat down around 8:30-40 and waited about 15-20 minutes to even get our drink orders (all waters) we had a different server than our designated server take our orders around 9. the first two entrees showed around 9:30 and we waited on the other two about 5-10 minutes later. chicken tenders were rubbery and bendable, grilled chicken was tough and dry. upon my trip to the restroom i found out the last recorded time it was cleaned was 9 am that day, thanks to the bathroom cleaning checklist posted on the wall. we were served with plastic silverware as well. when manager was told what happened he genuinely couldn’t even come up with a response to the list of issues we presented. I truly am not the type of person to complain about services and especially food service because of my own experience working in it but this was truly a terrible experience and was not worth the hour 1/2 that we sat, waited, and tried to eat our food. we witnessed our server and the host arguing over her getting sat more tables, we watched her comfortably interact with other tables she had, we watched her continually ignore us as we were sat. not to mention her section was consistently dirty with piles of dishes within view. do not go here please and thank you

Stopped by Applebees for a quick late lunch and was not impressed at the least. The only thing good was my Bartender Service she was Absolutely Amazing through everything. First, how are you out of broccoli for a month straight and you are not informing your servers that you don’t have broccoli so they can properly inform their customers. so when I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo and the broccoli was missing to my surprise the whole meal is now a Bummer. And who wants green beans in replace of Broccoli in a Alfredo. Secondly, I ordered the three trio. I asked for sweet Asian wings and buffalo on my receipt. It clearly says, and we make mistakes, however, when the server brought the new wings out, they were so hard I couldn’t bite into them. Thirdly, A beautiful waitress walked in clearly in Applebees uniform with her shirt tied in the back showing off her back piercings she proceeded to go sit down and eat her lunch. I understand slow, but is this not a business? Fourthly, if there is going to have a million employees in the back of the house at least make sure their presentable when making eye contact with the customer. Overall I am just definitely not satisfied and 100% still hungry and not sure if should be mad, sad or what word to explain.

A letter to Applebee’s, Please train your employees and pay them enough to care. First impression was the host with AirPods in chillin on their phone. Then sitting us at a table in the far back corner because there was already a high chair there and they didn’t have to move it. I can live with that. Order a couple drinks and food. Waiter honestly doesn’t seem to know anything on the menu and requires us to point to everything so they can write it down. But he was incredibly friendly, so I can live with that. Waiter comes back to let us know that they are out of both of our drink choices, and recommends the margarita. I can live with that. Margaritas come out, and I must say I’m honestly impressed. It honestly destroyed my expectations for the worst margarita I’ve ever had. Pretty sure the bartender added Half a shot of tequila and a single drop of margarita mix then topped it off with water, because that’s what it tasted like. Photo of margarita attached, with a white backdrop so you can see how clear it is. Hey, at least the food was consistent with what I’d rate as “Applebees microwave” To the staff: I’m not blaming you. I get that working in the food industry is the worst. Keep up the best you can. With love, Jarvis

So, me along with my family (my wife and two small children) came into the restaurant on a Monday around 1:30pm. Upon coming into the restaurant, we noticed there was no host at the front. While looking around we only counted 7 patrons in there and two was sitting at the bar. After waiting around 10 mins a guy on a laptop at one of the tables witnessed us standing there waiting to be seated. The male walked into the back of the restaurant and got someone to finally seat us (which this server seen us several times standing there before he was told to seat us). While being seated we asked for a highchair for one of my children and we were giving one, but we were sat at a high booth which made the highchair very low. We asked could we sit at a regular table and the bar tender stated she was going to be our server, and she did not want to walk the extra 3 feet to the lower tables. Me and my wife were very confused since the tables were extremely close to each other. After trying to stay at the high booth we just could not make it work since as previously stated the highchair was too low from the table. After moving us the bar tender attitude was extremely dis-tasteful towards us. We waited at our table for about 10 mins, and no one came over to take any kind of order mind you two of the patrons left from the restaurant during this time because they were not being attended to. I told my wife I’ll give the bartender 5 more minutes and if she does not come over to us, we are leaving. Within a couple minutes the bar tender finally came over and took our appetizer order which was a promo of 6 free boneless wings (if a pick 6 happened if the football game the previous night) along with spinach dip. The bar tender stated that promo is no good even though we showed her we just received it from Applebee’s in our email. She took our order, and the appetizers finally came out which we had no problems with. After about another 15 minutes the bar tender never came back over to take our order so my wife waved at her to get her attention so we could order or meals. The bartender shook her head ok acknowledging she seen us and stayed at the bar and talked to one of the patrons for 5 more minutes. Upon finishing up her conversation she came over to us with the check. Me and my wife both was very confused because we didn’t ask for the check and wanted to order our meals. On the check I noticed she did not us the promo we had told her we had which I then spoke with the other server which went to I’m assuming a manger and corrected the check. My wife was about to tell the bar tender we wanted to order but I quickly stopped her and paid the tab for just the appetizer’s. I’m not going to beg for good service and beg to spend my money at place which clearly does not want it from me. Applebee’s use to be a pretty good place for a quick quality meal but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. I know my money doesn’t really matter to the company, but I can truly say I will NEVER spend another dollar with...

Don't even waste your time or money going here. Upon entering the restaurant it had an indescribable smell to it that wasn't typical food smell. You could immediately tell that the place is understaffed. Still we gave it a try. The host was a nice guy that approached us as soon as he saw us and seated us which made me hopeful. He told us our waitress would be with us soon so we sat there waiting being mindful because it seemed as there were only 3 servers. But it took about 10 minutes for us to even see our waitress to tell us she would be with us in a minute. She finally showed back up and had a horrible attitude. She spoke so fast to tell us her name I'm guessing she really didn't want us to remember it. We had 2 children with us and one of our sons asked about a Lemonade flavor then asked about another one and then got rude asking him "so which one you want cause you just asked me about one now you asking about another " he's a child thats what they do. She also got snappy with my husband when he gave our child his straw and made a rude comment on his parenting (totally unprofessional!). Also he was asking about a wing flavor instead of informing him of the flavors they had available she got snappy again in the middle of me trying to order, I had to repeat myself 3 times for her to finally hear it.The only reason I didn't get snappy back is because i knew she would be handing our food, and honestly when we got it it was tasteless and bland. The whole experience was completely horrible. It took a total of 2 hours and 20mins for our whole experience to be over and for most of that time we waited for food, drinks, or 1 single take out box. She definitely needs to be fired!!!! Or the whole restaurant needs to be shut down because they do not seem to care about their customers or value their time by how slow they move or get your orders to you. The only server I saw actually doing their job properly and trying their best to give their customers a great experience was the guy with locs. Otherwise the whole place...

This place is awful! I ordered a half rack of “fall off the bone” ribs. More like your teeth fall out of your gums. I couldn’t tell which was the meat and which was the bone. The broccoli was so salty it was unbearable. I could never find our server, Tyrone, until I saw him sitting at a table hanging out with friends. We were on our way to a Braves game so it would have taken too much time to remedy, it took forever to begin with. The family behind us were very dissatisfied as well. They asked for two different flavors of wings and both were the same. The staff argued that they looked the same but insisted that they were different. The dad tried one of each and said they were exactly the same. These people, too, were on the way to the game and had no time to remedy the problem. It doesn’t stop there…I got home and the next day Applebees placed two different charges on my card. One for the correct amount at 6:15pm. The other for $15 at 1:40am! I was already back at the hotel at this time. Looked to me like someone may have been trying to turn a $5 tip into a $15 tip. I disputed it with my bank and it was reversed. Now, whomever made this charge lost their tip as well. That’s what happens when you try to cheat people. I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT INSIDE THIS APPLEBEES AGAIN UNLESS IT WAS TO SAVE A CHILD FROM CHOKING TO DEATH ON THE DRY, TOUGH, HARD RIBS. If you do go, go early enough to lodge complaints and if you leave a tip I suggest that you use case and actually WRITE the word zero on the tip line, this way the number cannot be altered. We went to four different restaurants while we were in the Atlanta area, sadly, 3 of them had the same problems with food. The Atlanta Fish Market was by FAR the best place to dine. Pricy, but you get what you pay for. Atlanta taught me some very...
