Went to Starbucks and waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. Spent 10 mins behind cars (2 in front of me) and then another 10 mins at the window. There was a bit of confusion and I told her the order name then she assured me that my order would be out shortly. So I started observing the employees one guy was working extremely hard to make drinks, the lady at the window was staring at the screen as if I was the only customer and not like 6 cars behind me. She walked off for a few moments and then I had rolled up my window because at this point I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Then comes over to the window when I rolled the window back down and asked me if I needed anything and I’m like yeah, my drinks like seriously? I proceed to bring up the fact that she’s just standing there doing nothing and she proceeds to tell me that they are short staffed and she was taking orders when I didn’t even see her speaking to a customer or enter the order into the computer. So I’m like exactly you’re short staffed and you going to proceed to stand here and do nothing meanwhile other employees are working on orders? Then she told me they would be out and rattled off that I had a white flat. So at this point of having to repeat my order numerous times I said no actually I want a refund. So no sooner than I ask for a refund a guy comes over and gets the drinks that had been sitting there 5 minutes. Overall between the incompetence and lack of caring I will never go back to...
Read more3/11 This place is getting just ridiculous, too pathethic to even explain the whole situation. You can order an hour ahead, or even a month ahead and you drink still wont be ready, or just messed up. There were 6 people working there today and all of them succesfully ignored the pregnant woman who obviously had a problem with her drink. They just don't make eye contact, that is the rule I guess 🤣 I decided to wait and see if somebody is going to approach me, but to no avail, they were standing strong. 🤣
What is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait 20+ minutes when I arrive at the store. There is a reason for online order - to be ready in advance and skip the line. All the people inside probably weren't even there when I ordered but everybody got their fancy drinks before I got my tall coffee. If you want to use this location, please leave your logic and expectations a mile away. If you want to drive like crazy to work after that and the perfect morning to you starts with a small coffee that needs 30mins to be ready than you have come to the...
Read moreI come to this Starbucks location often as it’s right across the street from where I live. Most days I’m a super satisfied customer, but today I just wanted to give the whole team working a shoutout for going above & beyond.
I’d placed a pickup order which was ready before the estimated time despite how crazy busy the store was. When I walked back out to the car, I realized that there was a crack in my cup and my drink was leaking a little bit. I walked back into the store thinking I could just get another cup to place over it to catch any drippings, but the manager and associates in the store insisted that for quality purposes they remake my drink. I felt so bad because I knew the store was busy, they were stressed, and I hated that they felt they had to do this for me. But it was a great example of how going above and beyond for a customer can make a difference.
Sending a huge thank you to the Smyrna Starbucks employees working today, August 13th, I sincerely appreciate you and will continue to visit your store and...
