I came through and ordered a small macha latte with oat milk and then I come to the drive-through window and the person working try to give me a brown drink Matcha is Green I told him that that wasnt my drink he said small macchiato I said no Matcha with oat milk he said it has oat milk and try to hand it to me and I say no matcha he said oh Matcha I said yeah and he was like oh I’ll make it for you then he comes back with another brown drink which is not matcha later coem to find out he in he made me a latte with oat milk then I mean older lady was like what are you waiting for after hanging me my food I was like I need my drink and then she was like I gave you your food why haven’t you moved I need my donuts and I need my drink and I don’t think she could understand English and then she started reading off my receipt I said I only got my food I told her and drink and the boy comes back in with the brown drink and I finally a girl comes and I explain why need from her she handed me the donuts and I told her I need a Matcha and then the older lady makes my matcha and she made it not w the oat milk I PAID FOR LITERAL...
Read moreI ordered through the app and picked up in the drive through. First off the coffee I ordered was undrinkable. It was awful , it was supposed to be cold brew but it 100% wasn’t and it tasted old , nasty and watered down . This is the exact same thing I order frequently at other Dunkin’s and is always delicious… I also ordered a chicken roasted pepper wrap (which is $5 something with tax) . I’m glad I checked the bag before we drove off, there was no chicken pepper wrap and she tried to give me a wake up wrap ( which is less than $3 with tax) without telling me. So I told her I didn’t order this and she oh, well we don’t have the chicken wrap I ordered…. Okay then why not say that beforehand and offer something of EQUAL VALUE or take it off my order??? At my local Dunkin I’ve made an order before and if they were out of something they tell me before hand and ask me what I’d like to do… then she told me I’d just have to send a complaint through the app. I did and they only refunded me for the coffee… not the chicken wrap. Not to mention the wake-up wrap that they did give us tasted awful. The worst Dunkin experience...
Read morewhen i first started working here, i seen that this store had potential, i am now 4 months in, working at dunkin, getting paid 9.50 an hour… things have changed, and new managers have been in and out of the store. i’ve been told that i am a very good worker. but things progressively have gotten worse, hence why multiple people quit 2 months prior. i believe that we are heavily understaffed. i am responsible for supply storage every week, and i barely have anybody to help me. i start to get afraid of the complaints from managers and morning co-workers as to why supply has not been put up. i believe that things need to change. i cannot work in an environment in which i feel criminalized, and i feel as if i’m not doing a great job at all. the dunkin’ managers are why people are quitting the job, due to their horrible behavior, cutting people’s hours out of their check, underpaying people, and having people wait over a month for a sign in number. this has to change immediately, or i believe that this place is going to stoop down to an...
