I visited this location with my students. I have visited this location several times. But this time in particular was the worst service and experience I endured. After paying I went to get my drink from the drink machine and I noticed lots of mold on the ice dispenser. So I skipped getting ice. After seeing the mold on the ice I rubbed a paper towel on the Pepsi nozzle and chunks of mold came off. So then my colleague rubbed the Dr. pepper and mold came off. So informed Samantha she apologized and stated they soak them every night she said that she would give me the money back for the drink since It was mold in the beverage I wanted. She advised me to get tea, because she knew for sure it was clean. She then called Nuria over and she stated that her staff cleans the nozzles thoroughly so she doesn't believe that the mold came from the drinks. I proceed to rub several of the drink nozzles and she saw the mold. So the manager Nuria gave me my money back and took the cup Samantha said to use for tea. Samantha came and gave me a water cup and said use it to get tea and again apologized for the inconvenience. So as I was holding the cup Nuria came and said you are not supposed to have tea. I have given you your money back so you don't get a drink in front of several people and was loudly speaking to me. I turned around to Samantha and said Samantha told me to get tea and she said no you need to get water. I told her again that Samantha told me to use the cup to get tea. Nuria looked at Samantha and said why did you tell her to get tea in a water cup Samantha said sorry she didn't think it was a problem. I was very embarrassed, people were standing at the register while Nuria and Samantha went back and fourth with me about a beverage from a dirty drink machine. It seemed as if no cared about the seriousness of the mold the customers could be ingesting. No one came to clean the machines after witnessing the mold. I saw several customers getting drinks and felt bad that they could be drinking moldy beverages. I would never get a beverage at this location again. If I'd come I'd be sure to bring my own beverage. The manager should never make the customer feel like an outcast because of their error. Sadly I had to eat without anything to drink because the water knob was moldy as well. If you do eat here please bring your own drink, mold can cause serious...
Read moreI’ve been going to this same Stevie B’s since I was 9years old. Never ever had a problem until yesterday… had my sons 3rd birthday there at 7pm, and the register employees were very nice and welcoming. However, everything after that…. -.-“ There was hardly any pizza when we got there. Luckily there was 3 slices to get 1 for me my wife and son, but all of our other family members were SOL for 22mins. Tried to go get pasta at least, but the noodles were super old and had this pasty white brine all around it. Once the new pizza hit the buffet counter, everything seemed to get better, only to start being intruded every 2-5mins by the waiter staff as to how long we’d be, asked 3 separate times to leave 3 different trash cans right by our tables to self waiter ourselves, asking for plates during HBD song, and during opening presents. To top it all off… 8:15… 8:20 rolls around, this male waiter walks up to our tables and says “ ummm okay so when are y’all leaving? We closed yo..” my wife and I replied “ uhhh sir your website says 9pm?” His reply “ do you honestly believe everything you see online? We’re closed…” we were so disgusted we just said F it and we packed everyone up….. as we’re walking towards the exit door, he’s sitting behind the buffet counter, starts beating his chest with one had saying “ Yeahh, I run this S* get onn”
Enjoy running that S* because not a single one of our family members will be returning to this location. Best of luck to anyone who comes here...
Read moreMost recent update: 6/8/19 The girl at the front too busy complaining about other employees “not doing their job” she was not doing hers. Not very personable, quite rude, didn’t say anything to me handed me my change without even looking at the customer, no thank you, “come again” or anything. This location is run by a bunch of teenagers. There was one employee that was cleaning the dishes off the tables and helping customers his name was Noah. Food was coming out on time so a lot of it was fresh.
I like Stevie B’s. It’s fun to bring your children there. This particular Stevie bs, when first walking in to pay the lady gave me the wrong change. (The total was 15.12 I gave her 20.12 and then she gave me 4$ and some change. I told her she gave me the wrong change it as supposed to be a $5 because I gave her a $20, then she tried to give me $20! I said all I need is a $5) anyway, the first three pizzas in the buffet were out. So I had to wait. My friend ordered a BLT pizza, she waited thirty minutes and checked on it and they totally forgot and made one.... without lettuce 👀. They also overcharged her by one child so they had to refund that. It was very busy there though. Pizza and desserts were good when they were there. The salads aren’t great. They didn’t clean the tables well either, people were trying to find places to sit but the tables had trash and plates on...
