I was told about a bakery in Sonora, I thought I found it when I pulled in the parking lot. As I got out of the car a banner hit me like a lightning bolt. PAPUSA. i turned around to look at my wife with excitement and yelled PAPUSA!! She was even excited for me. We didn't know what to expect so we went in this little darling Cafe, and was greeted by this delightful young lady. I asked PAPUSA? she warmly replied yes. And the love affair started. This newly-opened coffee shop has completely won me over. The coffee here is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The empanadas were so fresh and authentic that they transport you to Latin America with every bite. What really impressed me, though, was the great service provided by the new and still-learning staff. Their enthusiasm and dedication made my visit a pleasure. This coffee shop is a must-visit for anyone seeking a perfect blend of freshness, authenticity, and fantastic service. I was visiting from out of town on my way to Parker McCollum's concert. I looked up restaurants to go to. The reviews started off with how friendly the staff was, and that immediately caught my attention. We ordered sandwiches. They were delicious, made with love, and the bread was soft.
