They treat their bread as if it's made of gold or something. While their bread is "good", it's honestly not worth the amount of hassle and effort you have to go through to get some. Their special daily breads (like their Cheddar Garlic on Saturday) doesn't come in till 11am since it comes from another location... ooook that's odd because the last Saturday I stopped in they were sold out by 3:30pm or thereabouts. So, you have a very small window of opportunity to get any (Do they only deliver a few loaves?)... so I decided to reserve one. First they got pushy with me on the phone and wanted my credit card to reserve one (seriously?), I also mentioned several times I wanted the loaf sliced so it should have gone in my order notes (they were SO focused on getting my credit card number they couldn't be bothered to listen to anything else I told them!) so ya, it wasn't sliced when I picked it up on Saturday. then they need to know the exact time you'll be over to pick up your bread (Why? you gonna give my loaf away after I've paid for it?!). Seriously, GH, your bread is NOT worth this much of a hassle and both me and my husband will be happy to go elsewhere from now on. Teach your employees how to talk to customers, they seem to be very out of touch...
Read moreWe came here for lunch today, walked in around 3:30. There were two girls working and no other customers in the building other than us. We ordered two sandwiches. The girl that took our order was fine other than the fact that she didn’t ask if we wanted a sample of anything, or ask if we have a rewards number. We come here quite a bit and we always get offered a sample. My other complaint is that while that girl was making our sandwiches, my husband went up to ask for water cups and while he was standing there the second girl looked up at him once then stared at her phone the rest of the time. Instead of asking if he needed anything she just ignored him and was no help at all to the girl making the sandwiches. Anyway, it was just disappointing especially because there were no other customers, she wasn’t busy, just busy on her phone. Read moreWanted to order online and come in and pick up order. When searching for store and selecting store said no store code available. Decided to call. I asked for 4 cubanos. The phone attendant did not know what that was. And passed the phone to another employee. No luck with cubanos (Even though menu says great harvest has cubanos)I walked in and they had very little option on shelf stocked. I wanted brownies and none will be made until Tuesday. Frustrating. When wanting to pay with gift card the employee had to find someone else to use pay card. This is the first time coming to this location. Nothing but bad experience. Will not be returning.
