UPDATED REVIEW (April 2024): Well, darn it all! We’ve been back to Warren’s a few times since my initial review, bringing friends along to introduce them to Warren’s. :-) All have been good experiences, with the exception of earlier this week. We decided to grab dinner the night of my birthday— I could have chosen anywhere, but we came to Warrens because we wanted something close by, quiet, casual & with good food. As we were ordering, I wasn’t really paying attention close initially, but as soon as my husband finished paying I decided to request a receipt. Our meal total seemed to be really steep & I had noticed what I thought was a nearly $10 charge (ea.) for our visits to the salad bar — which is the cost if you order an entree (which we did). In the past, we only paid $2 — which was such a good deal — but I believe it’s gone up to $4 now (most items have increased due to the inflation… and we understand). As I reviewed the charges, I was really disappointed that we were charged for an “unlimited” salad bar visit & not even given the option of a “1-time thru”. It’s likely just a sales “tactic” to bring in more $$, and boy did they $CORE on that one!! We will be more aware next time, as we will likely return. Just a heads-up for other customers…

We really enjoyed our first visit to Warren’s! We were heading out towards Daybreak to see a show and Warren’ was a great solution. It is definitely a step above “fast food”, but not too fancy either. The menu selection is good, prices very decent (although when you order a sandwich, it does not come with a side of fries, or anything — that has to be ordered separately). Still we all thought the quality of the food was excellent. One perk was being able to add a one-time visit to the salad bar for only $2 (w/ purchase of sandwich), and they offer a pretty good selection of toppings. They also have a lot of soda options — regular, diet, caffeine-free, plus diet AND caffeine free selections… my personal favorite. ;-) They also have a good selection of shakes, sundaes, etc. but after a full meal we all opted for just a vanilla soft-serve cone. They are only 99 cents — and it’s great ice cream. The perfect way to cap off a good meal. Should also mention the service in the dining area — a nice gal (perhaps the manager) came by a few times checking to be sure we were happy with our meals, offering to refill our drinks, clearing away the table, etc. We had some spare time & she encouraged us to relax take our time visiting. We’ll...
Read moreI like this restaurant and the food is good. It is a little more expensive than other choices but the food is better and the dining room is clean. Unfortunately, their customer service is often not equal to their food quality as they are often slow and understaffed. After today it is not likely that I will return to Warren's as the management of the restaurant made it all too clear that dine in customers are not really welcome at their shop. Today, the store manager Rob ignored myself and my wife for well over ten minutes as we stood at the counter. Not only did he ignore us he ignored two other couples who walked out before we did. There was no attempt made to greet us when we walked up to the counter, nor, was any explanation given regarding why he could not take our order. When I finally asked him if there was some problem with ordering Rob explained. " We have been really busy taking phone orders." Taking care of "Door Dash" orders by giving them priority over in person customers, for over ten minutes, and causing customers to walk out of your restaurant is a clear statement that you do not value their patronage and if that is the case you should not be operating a dine in restaurant. How long does it really take to acknowledge that a customer is in front of you by saying, "Hi", I will be right with you!"' or by taking their order order so they can sit down and wait for the food? If the manager of the shop ignores you what should you expect from his staff? If the manger is working counter duty perhaps the manager should consider setting a better example or even getting enough staff on hand that you can manage both your phone business and your in person diners? The manger did apologize for ignoring us when confronted by me about the problem but no belated apology can compensate for his intentional actions as he knew we were there and chose...
Read moreI haven't been here in a while because when they first opened there were random days they were closed and it was really annoying when I went out of my way to go there only to find out it was closed so I came in this weekend and they've totally changed their food. I felt as if I was sitting in a really nice fancy Denny's. They used to have really thick delicious bacon now the bacon is like the kind of bacon you would receive from McDonald's, paper thin and fake?. I will never go here again and it's sad because I used to really love this place! This is an update to their response. How long has this location been open? The way you worded it sounded like you were calling me a liar. The first year of your opening the hours were so sporadic, random days closed early, open late so I quit going. And then you go on to say you order the food from the same company which I'm pretty sure is correct I will take your word for that but I'm sure every company offers different qualities of food. You're probably ordering from Cisco and I know they offer top quality foods and terrible quality foods. The bacon has definitely changed I'm 1,000% sure I'm not saying you're getting it from a different supplier but you're definitely ordering the cheaper stuff anyway there's no reason to call unless you're changing your menu. What you should do is offer different levels of bacon and different qualities of food for people willing to spend more money for better quality food. Why would I go there when I spend 15 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for my order when I can go to McDonald's and get it in 1 minute and the food taste...
