We arrived to two people in line in front of us. These two people had been there in line for quite awhile and said they hadn't even seen an employee at all. Finally a tall guy with glasses and grayish hair shows up, hands the first person in line a to go box she asked for and then took the next guy's order. This person wanted a single slice of pizza so the worker opens the oven, takes out a while pizza, chops up the pizza, slams a sice down onto a wrapper, wraps it and hands it to the customer who then pays the two dollars and walks off. Right then the employee slams a clear plastic door on the pizza warmer after basically throwing the remainder of that pizza in there and then launches the plate from the oven across the room. The plate goes flying and the huuuuge half moon knife he used to cut the pizza flies of the table and onto the floor where it remained for the duration of our stay. Since our arrival the phone rang and rang and never once was it answered. When the last customer had taken off with his pizza and the employee threw his fit (insanely upset and all kinds of body language) he left the counter where we were standing for so long we finally just left and at that time I saw no less than 10 new customers in line behind us- my guess is it only got uglier after that. I've never seen an employee anywhere act so out of control and totally oblivious to customers noticing and lack of respect for his job or his employer--- I WOULD HAVE THIS PERSON RELIEVED OF DUTY IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have pics of it but no way to post...
Read moreBy far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Pizza Hut and dominos seem like a luxury pizza compared to this. We placed an order for seasoned chicken with onions, and jalapeños but the cashiers/cook didn’t put anything in it despite telling him 3 times what toppings we wanted. He made the pizza with only chicken. The chicken that was mentioned was supposed to be seasoned but was the most bland chicken ever and dry chicken ever. Some of the pieces were so dry they looked like the chicken went bad. One of the slices had the chicken bone in it as well… Paid $28 for the worst pizza ever. If you had the worst taste palette ever where you can’t stand even salt and pepper, this place is for you. If you want food that has even the slightest flavor, this place is not for you. Look for another place to eat pizza. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. The pizza here would make anyone hate eating...
Read moreOur experience was lackluster at best. The salad bar toppings were hardened and wilted on top as if they have been refrigerated over and over again and then set back out untouched all day. And the pizza dough seems overproofed as if it too was defrosted, not used, and then refrigerated. It tasted freezer burnt and was cracker-thin and extremely airy on the inside, almost hollow. The cashier (I'll refer to her as that because she didn't wait on anyone) had her back turned to the customers at the counter while she spoke about personal matters with the cooks. It took her nearly ten minutes to turn around and assist one customer during our visit. The inside is also a mess with one of the dining sets jumbled in a wood heap in the corner. I do not reccomend ever visiting this...
