The milkshake I ordered was runny like soup though I even asked for malt powder to thicken it. Didn't taste the malt in it. When I had asked for a refund, I even apologized for needing a refund and not liking the consistency. I was trying to be as kind as possible about the matter. When the manager approached me, he asked me what the problem was, so I told him that the milkshake was extremely thin and soupy. He just stared me down and didn't say anything like "oh I'm sorry about that, I can definitely get you a refund for that." Or if even say something like "that's how we make our shakes here. I'm sorry it isn't to your liking. Hope next time we can get you something different". When I was given my refund, the manager was extremely rude and said nothing as he handed me my cash back. He literally didn't say, "sorry", "have a good day" or "goodbye" or anything. Screw these corporate businesses that are making our warm hearted town seem slimy and gross. I ended up going to Sno-Flake Drive In and had the most incredible malt from them and the absolute sweetest customer service. Idky I didn't just end up going there in the first place. Would have saved myself the...
Read moreUPDATE: Been here a number of times in person since original review. Not sure what caused the previous issues I had with them before, but each time here since then the food has been of solidly good quality. I'm wondering if the issues may have been more likely caused by the driver my order had back then, but I am nonetheless glad that things are much improved.
ORIGINAL: Ordered from here via Doordash. They claimed that they couldn't include the two milkshakes I'd ordered due to ingredient shortages, causing me to have to call Doordash support to get a partial refund. I later realized that they didn't include my hot dog either, and, as Doordash had already given a credit for the shakes, couldn't refund me any further. Between the ludicrous pricing, failing to include HALF of what I ordered, and the subpar quality of the food, this is one of the most ripoff franchises I've ever had the misfortune of...
Read moreBy far the WORST place I have ever patronized. Ordered twice in a row for delivery, off their website, and both times, they left all the toppings off the order and my order ended up being just plain, dry patties. When I attempted to right the situation, I was referred to a corporate 800 number to voice my complaint. Fact was, I paid over $10 each time for add on's I never received. When I complained to corporate, then to the restaurant directly, they thought offering a burger and fries "On the house" would suffice. Ripping someone off, then offering free food is low class. I will never be back to Five Guys. I would recommend anyone looking to try this place for the first time, to pass on their visit due to the ultimate risk of being...
