Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Padre Island

What a disaster! I called in to place an order, and when I asked the lady on the phone for the specials she told me to order online for better prices. Okay, so I completed order online and had a “ready time” of 15 mins. I arrived 25 mins later and there was a line out the door. People were waiting to place orders, be seated, with no one to attend to us. I made my way to the front of the line and my pizza was still not ready. After waiting an additional 15 minutes the couple who were still waiting to be seated ask an employee: “can we seat ourselfs”? She replied “ uno momento “ and continues to run to the kitchen with empty hands passing dirty tables for the 3rd or 4th time. The couple then looks for a table to sit at but every empty table was dirty. Had that employee been conditioned with “full hands in/full hands out method” this situation wouldn’t have happened. Fed up the couple just leaves after waiting 20 mins just to be ignored. I finally received my pizza and it’s not at all what I ordered. My order was pepperoni and bell peppers, onions on the lefts mushrooms on the right. The pizza I received was all the ingredients thrown on the whole pizza plus sausage. Obviously this place has poor leadership and needs...

Absolutely rediculous! Placed order through the Pizza Hut app at 11:00 pm. Was told 90 minutes for delivery. I figured it's 4th of July week, they're busy, I get it. 90 minutes. About 35 minutes after I ordered, I called the restaurant to request some paper plates be delivered with my order. I was told my order had already been sent out for delivery. Oh well, no plates. Was glad because order had taken way less than 90 minutes. 2 hungry kids! 12:30 rolls around. Still no food. 90 minutes after we ordered and an hour after I had been told my food was out for delivery. $50 order by the way.. I try to call restaurant to find out where my food is at.. Recording, "Sorry, we are closed." Restaurant closed at 12. Pizza tracker at this point says pizza is being made, even though I was told pizzas had been sent out an hour ago. Finally, 1240 am going to Whataburger to feed my kids! 1:03am driver finally pulls up. Not his fault, I get it, but 103am.. Over 2 hours after we ordered. Cold pizza Toand cold wings. Thank you Whataburger! To top it all off, $3 Pepsi 2 liter not delivered! Advice from driver, call tomorrow and get a refund. You bet I am! One staro because I can't give lower. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY. Ordered Pizza Melt, and chicken wings. The pizza melt was super greasy and the inside ingredients were still raw. The cheese was not completely melted and the pepperoni was cold. I tried calling to report my concern and the phone rang several times. Finally a lady answered and I told her my concern she apologized and said they were having difficulty with the ovens. She was going to send another melt over. 1 hour passed and no food. I called several times for an update and no one answers. They pick up and hang up. The probably have caller ID and know it's the customer to complain. Finally 1 1/2 hour later driver gets to my door and pulls out the box of pizza melt to give it to me. Unknown to him as he reaches to pull out pizza box it's crushed and one of the pizza melt is resting inside the carrying bag. I tell him and he grabs it with his dirty hand puts it back in the box and says it's okay. I said I just wanted refund. He took my first order of pizza melt and the one he was trying to deliver. He said he would tell management to refund. I tried calling pizza hut to request refund no one...
