There are no Panda Express near me anymore. There used to be some in the malls down here but they all pulled out. So, having Panda express is like, a big deal to me. I stood in a ridiculously long line that lead all the way into the food court seating area. All I wanted was orange chicken. Weird, I know. There were only 2 people working up front. Both were slow. As I got closer to counter, I was able to hear someone paying for their food. The cashier just asks ANY DRINK TODAY? The guy says, PEPSI. She said SORRY WE RAN OUT OF PEPSI. So the guy ends up getting something else. Whatever, no big deal I guess. I hear the lady prepping dishes call to the back for more orange chicken. By the time it was my turn there was no orange chicken left and she wanted me to get out of line and come back in 5 minutes when more was ready. WHAT? No, way, no freaking way, am I getting out of line to start over. The lady just waved me off and started her pre-close. I got just a small side because I was just annoyed at this point, might as well get something. I get the small side and got charged for a bowl / larger size. i wanted it so bad and waited so long I just didn't care. I get up to the register and the lady that was ringing up orders was also doing pre-close. Telling me she would be with me in just a moment. It was quite a long moment. Fine. She comes over, asks me if I would like a drink, I said no thanks and I sat right in front of their store at the table. As soon as I walked away they changed the Pepsi. Like, they were never even out of Pepsi but they rather tell their customers they are out instead of replacing it....

I tried to use my rewards points for my purchase and she didnt know how. Still wanted me to pay $ . I have 20,000 rewards points and there should be no cash due. Someone helped her and still couldn't figure it out correctly claiming there was no button for each plate. She eventually figured it out by separating the order and told me next time to do separate transactions. I showed her on the app what it should be. Not a fan of this location.
