The mall food court has a lot of restaurants to choose from, but every time I go, I always seem to go to this particular one. My personal favorite is their teriyaki steak with rice or noodles (with vegetables). Sometimes I even go a little more by adding mushrooms. This particular dish has a lot of flavor. On this trip, on a weekend, everyone seems to have the same idea. The line was long! It's a good thing that their associates are not only friendly, but are also fast. Definitely a must try next time you are at the mall.

Less than mediocre. Lo Mein was flavorless, aside from the teriyaki sauce which flavored the entire meal. Beef was passable, but didn't add much, what with the whole meal tasting the same. Veggie option was a nice touch, but bland steamed cabbage with basic fried rice does not a meal make. It's food court Japanese, this might be all you can expect.

Quick, good selection and tasty Japanese lunch selections! The amount and price was pretty good too for a mall food court choice as well. My daughter was only able to eat about half of her chicken and shrimp with vegetables because the portions were very generous!

Sarku Japan is my favorite Maine Mall food court option. Even though it's mall food, they have great sushi. I have eaten it dozens of times and have yet to be disappointed with the quality of the food. Sometimes the wait is a little extreme, but once you get the food it is worth it! If you're in a hurry or on your lunch break or something- ask the wait time before you place your order and pay. Theres been times when I've waited over 20 minutes, Yesterday though, for example, I ordered a spicy California roll and a sweet potato roll at around supper time and waited about 5 minutes. My three favorite rolls are the spicy California, sweet potato roll, and the chicken teriyaki roll- with those you can't go wrong. They are delicious and pretty impossible to mess up. The price is great- about $3-4 per roll and great for sharing...

I've eaten at Sarku dozens of times in AZ. It's always been excellent. We always get chicken with noodle substitute.

Found out they had one of these in the Maine Mall during vacation and were excited to eat here. It's been a couple of years. It was the busiest place in the food court.

Took it to our hotel room and the chicken was good, as usual. But... the noodles were complete mush and tasted like DIRT. I thought it was a fluke, but second third and fourth bites were worse. Dirt = MOLD. I know noodles are not easy to keep, but come on...
