Update: Someone offered me to contact the operation and I did. But I still never heard back from them. Lol, so I dropped my review from 2 stars down to 1... Try Again?

I was offered a free bite size snack the other day, while eating next to this location in the food court. It was really good, so tonight I took lunch break and tried to order the jalapeno steak sub. While describing my appreciation for the snack and citing that as the reason for ordering tonight, the counter lady took the next person's order while I was trying to say what I'd like. Ok, so don't feed me and take my money, there's a lot of choices right here...

I want to give a shoutout to Luxi and the young men behind the counter making the food. The first thing that stood out to me was how kind Luxi is and how she had a positive attitude. She took our order with a smile and without a bad attitude, which I find to be very rare nowadays. She ensured that our order was correct by reading it back to us afterwards. Not a real cheese steak - it's like they've never even seen one - they just put the cheese on top like that's not against the entire concept of a cheese steak. The people of Philly should sue this place out of existence. Just find some local pizza place and tell them to mix the cheese in with the meat and it will be 10x better than this corporate...
