5 stars for employees, 1 star for the exerience. I want to say that I had a particularly strange interaction at the drivethru. As per usual I ordered a drink and then ordered a trenta sized iced water, expressing I was happy to pay whatever they need me to pay for the cup, water whatever. At other starbucks locations I am charged $2.80-$4.00 for the sake of inventory, which breaks down to a misc fee plus I see a 50c cup charge, which is fine. Some places charge me for a tea or coffee and write H2O on the cup. At this starbucks the manager full on refused to do anything of the kind. The employee said it was impossible(dramatic) to make or charge me for a trenta cup of iced water. I used to work at Starbucks and found this absurd, and said I will just take my drink. I offered the info about how other stores charge me and again was told it would be impossible. After some time I was waiting for my drink and it was said to just give it to me but for the future it would not be possible. The Cup Lord had spoken, and I asked for my drink that I paid for and left. I did not ask for anything for free, and was not haggling or panhandling. Read moreI love Starbucks, and normally buy 2-3 drinks a week at the 2100 S. State location. Normally the service and the drinks are perfect. But it seems the last 2-3 weeks my orders are always wrong! The online order stickers show correctly but they are just being made wrong! Example Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino with no whip cream and it has almost what looks to be extra whip cream, the last 3 times I have ordered an Iced Carmel Macchiato to get the drink and there is absolutely NO Carmel in it! Just paid almost 7 dollars for a Carmel macchiato that has not one bit of Carmel in it! If I wanted coffee with milk and vanilla in it I can easily go to the gas station and pay significantly less and KNOW my order is correct!
