Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Strabane Township

I just wanted to take a second to say how irritated that I am that last week I bought 2.5dozen of donuts for my sons school. To start that process out I attempted to place my order online last Monday, it wouldn't give me a choice but the next day to pick up... okay so fast fwd to Thursday. I get on to order thinking they only take custom orders the night before or something... to then find out the app or the site will only let u get 1 dozen per order. So I go into the school on Friday explaining the deliemma thinking I'm doing something wrong. To then get waited on by someone who had a great upbeat personality, happy smiles and all. To help me place my order, go over my order to make sure it was done correctly then proceeds to get my stuff I find out as I drop the donuts off that there are at least 5 out of the 2.5 dozen aren't even no where near what I asked for... I was so disappointed 😞 I don't think I'll ever be to...

I will NEVER give them another chance. They don't know what they're doing! Late to a funeral because it took 40 minutes to get 2 frozen coffees. Wanted my money back but they kept saying it was "coming up", so I continued to wait. Then they tasted awful and they are so expensive anymore so we stopped in Canonsburg to see if they could doctor them up a little and the girl made 2 new perfect ones and wouldn't even take money for them! Huge difference in experiences. Also rude when they got the order wrong another time, and another time they couldn't even get hot cocoa right for my son who was sick with the flu. I'm done and will go further on down to Chestnut where they know how to make superior...

HORRIBLE! Went in and the shelves were almost completely empty. I simple asked the lady if they had any cinnamon type doughnuts and her exact words were. Yeah there’s some fresh ones in the back but I dont feel like going back there so could you just chose from what we have. I was bout ready to walk out but I was like no I want some doughnuts. So I asked for a powdered cream filled and chocolate glazed with sprinkles and a strawberry glazed with sprinkles. All were hard/practically stale and cold🤢. GROSS! The cream filled had no cream, the strawberry one tasted like cough syrup and the chocolate one was just meh. I DO NOT recommend this place. Yalls best bet is to go to the nearest...
