Eat'n Park — Restaurant in South Strabane Township

Yesterday we visited this establishment around lunchtime. Naturally it was busy because it was lunch time so when the hostess told us it be 20 minutes of course it wasn’t a problem. Upon standing there the lobby begins to pile up with people waiting. An elderly couple walks in as a party of 2 (exact same thing we’re there for) . But they get automatically seated. So after she seats them she comes back 10 minutes later like ok we have a table for you. The hostess was extremely rude once made aware that I seen her put those people in front of us. Quickly sat us than ran off. Here’s my thing there were at least 10 other old people in that lobby. I have no problem being pulled to the side like hey do you mind if they go in-front of you their the only other party of two person table I wouldn’t be as upset. It was the blatant disrespect and disregard for her to just do it. Like we haven’t been waiting just as long as everyone else. After she’s gone we see her start to place other guest at their seats. We then watch those exact 2 different tables seated after us get approached with waiters meanwhile we still haven’t even got our drink order started not a single waiter had been to our table . After we sat their a total of 15 minutes with no acknowledgement we decided to leave because now it’s beyond unacceptable. Upon leaving the restaurant we pass the hostess that sat she puts her head down then proceeds to again run the other way. I want to state this we were the only black people in that entire restaurant. I’ve had a similar experience here before and just shrugged it off but for it to happen TWICE?? I would hope that something like the color of my skin didn’t play a factor but living in little Washington county my whole life I wouldn’t put it past a single person or establishment. I visit this location often, and have been for many years. I just picked up a takeout order from here an hour ago, and was so disappointed! Im not sure what kind of people they have working on the overnight shift here, but it was such a bad experience it all aspects!! The phone call to pave the order took 5 minutes because the server just seemed so clueless and kept putting me on hold, then hung up on me. I left work and drove to pick the food up, walked inside, and the resturaunt was like a ghost town no one around.. so I stood at the counter and waited, and waited, and then finally the night manager ( atleast I think he was... he was wearing a tie ) came out... Told him I ordered is he went and got food. Wouldn't let me use my 20% off coupon ( said it was for online only... it said that NOWHERE on the coupon ). checked the bags in the car... no silverware..no napkins... boxes we half tipped over... am I supposed to eat my salad with my FINGERS??!!! Went back in... no one came out to greet me. NOT ONE PART OF THIS LOCATION IS GOOD!!!! i ordered over 50 dollars worth of food for takeout as was my girlfriend had just had an emergency c-section we ordered at almost 8pm and when i got back my girlfriend needed my help and i got busy when we got the food my salad with "extra chicken" had two pieces of chicken and 3 fries there was no gravy on our BURNT pot roast sandwich one of my 2 adult grilled cheeses was a kids meal and the other wasnt even cooked and our cheese burger was pink now with being busy taking care of my girlfriend I didn't get the call till the next morning to which the manager told me he couldn't do anything until the 11 o clock manager Cayman which was 2 minutes and told me they would call me back it is now Sunday so I called them back to wear this manager flat out told me sorry for your luck I'm not refunding you I will never go back to this location a day in my life and I encourage everybody to boycott this location at all cost they do not care about their customers and they do not have a good product if I can give them -20 Stars I would daily do Corks And New Management because they are absolutely disrespectful to their customers the only thing they got right out of this entire order was the mozzarella sticks and if they couldn't even get that right I would lose all faith in humanity seriously do not go to this location find...
