Went here last month March 5th with my nephew. So let start with service. The waitress we had was good, she was polite and was making her rounds in good intervals so as not to over do it but gave us just the right amount of time in-between the appetizer and the meal and the dessert. As for the drinks. My nephew had a local beer that he enjoyed and I just had a cider. We got the bison chile nachos. They were really good. Great chile flavor and also guacamole on the side that added to the good flavor. As the the meals. My nephew got a basic bison bacon cheese burger. He said it was good. He got his with fries which were probably the only down side to the dinner (they were kinda soggy and Luke warm. From my perspective from the booth we sat at they make a good amount of fries and throw them into a bowl were they sit under a heat lamp... until needed for an order. So it was a downer. As for myself I had a canyon creek bison burger. Man was it delicious, I got mine with parm coated broccoli which was also just as good. As for dessert, I got a mixed berry cheese cake that was ok. It wasn't bad, just good and my nephew got a brown sundae which was ok as well. So the service was spot on and the main course minus the fries was really good.

On our most recent visit to Evergreen Walk, we had a nice dinner at Ted’s Montana Grill. We’ve been curious to try bison, as we’ve really only ever had it in burger form, and it’s great that they have such a large variety of different dishes to choose from. We started with the new bison meatballs appetizer, which was in a tasty BBQ sauce over a bed of mashed potatoes, as well as their bison nachos. The housemade pickles came complimentary to the table and they were very good as well. It’s refreshing to have a chain where everything is fresh, not frozen, not microwaved, and items are prepared made-to-order. The bison steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and we really enjoyed it since it was leaner than regular beef. I thought it was nice that they had a fundraiser currently going on that helps give back to food service workers in need, so we ordered one of the cocktails to support. The strawberry shortcake was a great way to end the night. Very professional waitstaff, and we were sat in a booth that felt private. I really liked it here and will definitely return on future trips to Evergreen Walk!

By far one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve ever had. My friend and I came to Ted’s tonight for the first time and our sever Jenny was incredible. When I say incredible, I mean next level service. We asked for recommendations and rather than just responding that everything is good, she gave us a list of some of her favorite items in every category and reasons why they were so good. At her recommendation, we kicked off with the shrimp flatbread, which tasted like lobster if you closed your eyes and didn’t know it was shrimp. She also suggested we try the creamed spinach. I have never had creamed spinach in my life until tonight. It. Was. Amazing. My friend and I split the 22 oz ribeye and also their Buffalo meatloaf and can confirm both are amazing and you should try both as well. The potatoes are perfect, as well as the carrots as sides as well. For dessert we split the apple crisp and it was so crisp and so fresh and so flavorful, you cannot let it pass you by. Wonderful restaurant with wonderful service and people, I cannot wait to come back again.

My girlfriend and I arrived early for our 7pm reservation and were seated pretty promptly by the host and he said someone would be right over to take our drink order. This was the best part of the whole experience here. It was all downhill from this point on.

We waited for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowleged that we were even at the table. Unfortunately, the person who acknowleged us was not our waitress, but she did ask if anyone had been by yet. Another 5-or-so minutes later, our waitress, Kelly came by and took our order, drinks and all - since we had been sitting there long enough to decide what we wanted already. She brought us some pickles as well. We ate the pickles, but had no silverware or napkins to wipe the pickle juice off our hands. I waited about 5 minutes for our waitress to come back around but she did not, so I flagged over the man who sat us and asked him to bring us some silverware and napkins. He came back a few minutes later with two sets. Upon opening my set, I found it was already covered in some greasy substance. Fast-forward another 5 minutes, our waitress came back around with more pickles speaking as if she forgot she brought us the first round, and I explained the silverware situation. She said "how embarassing" and took my dirty silverware away. Our food arrived shortly after from a completely different waitress, followed by the drinks about five minutes later front same "different waitress" which should have been out long before. Still no silverware for me. The drinks were surprisingly good, albeit not very strong - but not weak as expected.

For food, we both ordered the bison brisket with parmesan roasted brocolli and onion rings. The bison brisket was basically pulled pot roast. I couldn't tell the difference between it and what I make at home with regular beef. The "parmesan roasted brocolli" was just steamed brocolli covered in grated parmesan and was nothing to write home about. They basically gave us each an entire head of brocolli which was a bit excessive. I would've rather had more onion rings. The onion rings were decent. No complaints there. Portions were also large enough to fill me up... and that takes a lot.

I was almost done eating by the time I got my silverware. I had to borrow my girlfriend's extra fork and we swapped back and forth with the knife to cut the heads of brocolli.

I have eaten at this location before, and never have I had such terrible service. Our waitress was bearly present, the food was sub-par, and my lack of silverware the entire meal was truly unacceptable. Two stars because of the food portions and drinks, otherwise I would give...

Extremely disappointed with our meal today. We have had meals at this location numerous times and never had any issues sadly today was an exception. Upon being seated at our booth I noticed the small plates on the table were covered with food, I pointed this out to our server "L" and she apologized and quickly took the plates away. I ordered the strip steak with carrots and since it was not quite 4pm had to get FF's instead of a BP. Nice presentation but even using the steak knife I was struggling to cut through the carrots. I requested they cook the carrots more and they were taken away. The french fries were beyond old, and hard. Appears to have been reheated repeatedly terrible could not eat them. It was taking at least 15-20 minutes still no carrots, the server came over said they were still cooking the carrots. At this point the only item I ate was the steak. The fries were not edible and forget the rock hard carrots still cooking ,You would think the server would notice that the carrots were gone and the dead fries were on our plates. Would have been nice if I was asked hows the meal can we substitute anything? At this point I had 1/2 of my steak I told the server to forget the carrots I was so over it. Now I go to the restroom and the handicap stall had no toilet paper and no paper towels in the dispenser by the sinks. Once again I told the server. Overall bad experience. Service was not that great given there were only a couple of tables occupied, one person took our order another brought the food to our table. Very disappointed. Also since we were seated across from where you can see the chef and the servers pick up I heard her request that the carrots be cooked more the man behind the counter did not take that request kindly perhaps he took that request as an insult so in turn had to wait between 15-20 minutes for them to cook them. My punishment for a simple request. Bottom line I paid close to 30.00 for a 12 oz steak and no edible sides.

"UPDATE" I did as was instructed and sent an email to Caleb over a week ago and never received a response which I'm not surprised. Interesting enough I was telling our friends Barbara and Mike about our terrible experience and they said the week before they went to the same location and had a terrible experience as well. Dirty plates, overcooked food, nonchalant staff. You would think that the amount of stores and restaurants closing in and around this area one would step...

We arrived at 530 pm and were seated within 5 minutes since we joined the waitlist ahead of time. Usually table for 2 adults and 2 kids takes a bit so this was great. As we get seated we receive our complimentary pickles which my daughters devours and we order our appetizer, homemade chips, while we decide what else to have and to keep the kids entertained with something while we order their food. A few minutes after we order a bowl of clam chowder (which was fantastic) and a delicious Caesar salad which come out within 2 minutes of being ordered. This is where things took a downturn. 6 pm rolls around and our appetizer, chips, have not come out. Ok no biggie, it’s Friday evening and I’m sure kitchen is busy. 615 rolls around and still nothing so we ask our server about them. They come out 5 minutes later followed by a second order of chips to replace our missing entree, I’m sure. Kids devour chips since it’s already 620 and their starving. We assume good is not far behind. 645 comes around and nothing. So I have to ask for manager, which was apologetic and fantastic, who tells me: “ kitchen lost your ticket”. I tell him to cancel the order and we will pay for what we go. He comps our meal and asks us to wait a few minutes to get our order ready but at this point, kids are hungry and at their limit for sitting still and I have lost my appetite. Also gives us some gift card for the trouble and asks us to give them another chance, which we will since we do enjoy their food, which is amazing. Our main issue was waiting around and pretty much having to ask where our food was, our server passed by our table constantly and could’ve noticed that our meals had not arrived and at least need us informed of what is going on. Kitchen is busy and backed up? No problem. Understaffed? We understand. But to be kept waiting without even offering a refill or letting us know of our meals issue is what took this from a great start of family Friday night to cranky and hungry kids being rushed to...
