Julio, Mark and Amoh were AMAZING , even though my air max SC SE WOMAN’s weren’t in a size 8, (they actually seemed to feel bad for me). I came into the store , I had never been into an ACTUAL Nike store before & man oh man ya’ll. Not only did I arrive at 7:37 when they close at 8 PM but they were totally chill about it they were helpful (I’m taking MEN who KNOW ABOUT BRAS) but also taught me stuff… Stick with pros is really my main point. Forget these little “sneaker boutiques” With the Supreme video machines, acting like Prada with no price tags on the shoes…these guys not only know what they are talking about, they know what the fools at the sneaker outlets are talking about to ripping us off the other cool thing is that if you’re a Nike member you get honored the same discount in the store they will order things They will help you and it’s a surprise when you go in there you never know it’s gonna be in there. It’s just really fun y’all it is called. A well collective for a reason and they have events and I’m not gonna lie the boys that work there are not ugly, so FYI go there go go go go go there be friendly you get what you give so don’t be a snotty little Connecticut whatever I’m from South Carolina so I can say that and again ask for Mark asked for Julio. They’ll hook you up do it just do it I didn’t just say that. Oh my gosh...
Read moreNot the best experience, overall. I want to note this was also based on a previous order in the year, but Google maps suggested I review and this stuck out to me enough to provide feedback.
I came in to pick up my Online order from the night before. I wandered throughout the store, and already searched through all the displays, finding what I wanted before I was even greeted for 10+ min, but I waited for the associates to finish their conversation. One associate was on his off day coming from the gym/ shopping talking about purchasing an Apple Watch for his girlfriend while the other was on her shift working. When they finally finished she asked if I was all set and I mentioned I had an in store pick up for my online order I placed the night before. She brought an order out, handed it to me and said I was all set. I’m glad I opened them to try on because they were huge. Turns out there were two orders with same first name (although different spelling) so I was handed someone else’s online order without confirming ID or order number. Not a great experience at all, but I honestly didn’t have any better expectation. I am happy there’s a retail location to try shoes on and see them in person, but customer service is sub par as with most modern clothing retailers focusing on this...
Read moreMy husband and I went there last night at 7:06 PM to do a return (both Google and their answering machine says that they close at 8 PM). The doors were locked but the lights were on and you can see at least two employees in there. My husband starts knocking on the glass door to get someone's attention to come to the door. The employee's just look at him from the back of the store, annoyed, and wave their hand in a motion to show that they are closed, then went about their business. It was 15°F outside and they didn't even have the decency to open the door and talk to us. We then go back to the car and I call the store to see if they'll answer, and to see what's going on. They answer and say that they close at 7 PM but Google and their phones haven't updated to their normal hours from the holiday hours. They did not offer an apology for the confusion, wasting our time or making us wait in the freezing cold at all. We would not have shown up at all if their hours posted were accurate, so please fix it soon if you are...
